camila and Kathlynros were both so sweet! i am very indecisive and they helped me pick what i wanted! they were both so nice and had warm personalities! thank you to these ladies for being so patient and nice and having such great personalities!! i got the probiotic juice and it was made perfectly!!!

Definitely can argue that this will be the best smoothie you will have in Ventura, but typically it comes with a pretty long wait. Staff are friendly,but just don't seem to care, which I don't expect more from a smoothie place. If you're in a rush it's definitely not the place to go, but if you have some time and want something refreshing, definitely place to go!

Was in the area & got smoothies on a Sunday morning. Not super busy whatsoever and service was pretty good. They had a good amount of options on their menu from juices to açaí bowls. You could also add one supplement to your drink for free which was cool, though I opted out. The place was clean & they also provided reusable tumblers you can purchase to bring on your next visit for a discounted drink! Only small downside were the sizes of the cups of the smoothies. I wish they had a medium size -- the 12 oz was pretty small & the 24 oz was too big in my opinion. Other than that, the workers were nice & it was a pretty solid smoothie stop!

It was a very awkward environment..aren't all those juice/smoothie places?? Honestly, I ordered banana orange smoothie that didn't taste very fresh. There was a tinge of something bad or on the verge...I was not willing to go back and request a substitute. How bout some disposable gloves for the employees. My experience I will give a 6 out of 10. No one was Rude and I was served pretty quickly. The price was average.

Unfortunately, this has become the norm at Thai Blenders. Extremely slow service. Left politely a few times after quickly observing the slow service and long wait lines. Hopefully that make changes soon. Won’t be back to this one again since this was the 3rd time experiencing this.
Worst experience I’ve ever had waited in line for almost 30 minutes then my Apple Pay wasn’t working they would not take my ID with a virtual card. Other employee wearing pajamas, not professional, super lazy, sloppy, making smoothies would not come here again.

i went at 940pm, they close at 10pm. the door was open so i walked in and asked if the worker could help me because they ignored me. the worker said they were pretty much closed and did not help me and just walked to the back.
