The cake lady who serves the car service on the night shift is super rude, I don't understand how they let in people who don't have customer service, they also told me that my order was going to take 30 minutes without an explanation, but They were giving the other people their order.

Asked for a plain cheese burger. They gave me a burger without cheese. Asked them to make a new one and gave them old one. They said I can pay them for a cold slice of cheese and they cant remake it. Terrible customer service. This was their mistake they wont acknowledge or fix it. Needs better manager.

They often do not answer the drive thru in the morning. It opens at 7:00 and they are often not helping customers.
Walked in and waited around for staff for 5 minutes before someone acknowledge us. Then there's the smell. It smells of old cooking oil and sour mop water immediately as you walk in. The building isn't lit very well and dirty looking.
