In all honesty, this is by far the worst BK I have ever dined at. The tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, the smell of urine lingered all over, and one bathroom had NO toilet paper (thank God I only went in to wash my hands). Literally, the worst experience ever!

I have gone to this BK twice now after 7am and no one responded at the driver thru, went to the window and couldn't get anyone to respond. Tried calling the number listed on Google maps and listed the BK website but the number was disconnected. Very frustrating as I drove out of my way to this location.

Not a car in line, we pull up and it takes them more than 5 minutes to even come over the speaker. We order and have to repeat what we wanted and they still would read it off wrong when the screen has it correct. Get to the window and now we are waiting 10 minutes for anyone to come to the window to take our payment. Could hear some guy talking but could only hear his side of the conversation so we figured he was on the phone. Take care of your drive through customers first!

The cake lady who serves the car service on the night shift is super rude, I don't understand how they let in people who don't have customer service, they also told me that my order was going to take 30 minutes without an explanation, but They were giving the other people their order.

Asked for a plain cheese burger. They gave me a burger without cheese. Asked them to make a new one and gave them old one. They said I can pay them for a cold slice of cheese and they cant remake it. Terrible customer service. This was their mistake they wont acknowledge or fix it. Needs better manager.
