Rude customer service.. Told me i couldn’t stand outside and take pictures unless i bought something so i did.. Then me and my friends hangout inside and the lady proceeds to tell us to lower our voices (keep in mind we’re the only ones inside at the time) we just got up and left.. Never returning.

We had a party of twelve for a birthday dinner at this beautiful restaurant on Saturday night so the restaurant added a required 18% gratuity on the bill, which is absolutely standard practice...no problem, right? WRONG! We had the worst service so we were forced to pay an exorbitant up charge for basically nothing. For starters we had to ask for bread three separate times but it did not come until way later right before our food arrived. I thought maybe the delay was because it was being baked or something, but it arrived cold. He never offered another round of drinks, no waters or soft drinks refilled, no appetizer plates cleared, we basically had to flag our unfriendly waiter down for any request. We just handed him the card when the check finally came so we could get out of there before he pulled another disappearing act and of course there were errors on it after we paid, which caused another delay. He's getting his tip money either way so why even try is my takeaway from the quality of service. The food wasn’t great. Fried artichoke appetizer was supposed to be crispy but was really soggy bland shreds. The pizza had a crispy saltine cracker like crust, lasagna was salty, lamb shank was just ok. Not coming back when we feel, for lack of a better word, scammed.

We absolutely love Cafe Fiore! Starting with the most delicious homemade bread served with a bruschetta sauce. We’ve enjoyed lunch and dinners here the last three weeks in a row and Edwin has been the Best Server on the patio. Pastas made in house, pizza was insane, fresh delicious toppings and yummy crust!

Being a regular went for happy hour tonight the website and Google indicate that happy hour ends at 6 PM. Only to find out when we got there at 5:45 at happy hour and at 5 PM.
Asked to speak with the manager, who said he wasn’t gonna fight me on the time that happy hour ended. So rather than giving a discount of 3 to 5 dollars on drinks, he passed on $150 meal purchase. Really bad management.

Awful food and place to have a good dinning experience. They ask you how you want your steak medium or well done as if they are going to make it fresh, then they take a refrigerated cold meat and serve it cold. Not sure what the hell the cook was thinking. This was after I had to return the chicken soup to be heated because it was cold. Avoid by all means to dine there because it leaves you disgusted and angry.
Service was a bit slow but food was excellent!! Burrata/bruschetta was amazing!!

Came here for my birthday with my family and dog, they told us we could sit on side patio (0 ventilation, 0 breeze and it’s 85 degrees outside) but we would have to leave by 6 bc a party had the side patio reserved. so we asked about front patio to which they said “not open”. Is it really that hard to serve one table out front? Not very accommodating. Went to Lures, they accommodated no problem. Will go back to lures from now on. For that, I give 1 star. Probably will not come to this place again.

Waitress forgot to take our order after sitting for 45 minutes my buddy tried to get her attention several times but was ignored, finally he got up and told her we were ready to order she replied I thought I took your order because your menus were gone from the table wich were taken from the kid who brought bread to the table, she made a attempt at a appolige wich seemed faked. The only good thing we had was the salad and bread the food was not good at all.
