every single time me and my girlfriend come here now it’s always a awful experience and it sucks that what was once a good lovely first time place where we ate and enjoyed is now ruined by these horrible waiters that take forever and complain about customers in the back kitchen. they claim to have a fire starter and my girlfriend noticed it so she made an account and what would u know they don’t allow dynamite shrimp as a option but did to me a month ago.

I had a great experience at California Pizza Kitchen! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The menu has a nice variety, so there’s something for everyone. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the meal.
The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both casual dining and family outings. Everything from the cleanliness of the place to the quality of service really stood out.

Seems like every time I go in there. The woman manager is very condescending they always under staffed so we get bad service. And it takes a very long time not worth it.

Gaby made my Mother and my meal and visit to CPK really pleasant. Definitely a nice dining experience AND the Veggie Pizza & Chopped Italian Salad was out of sight!!

We ordered food for pickup and when we asked the girl that brought our food to curbside if there was any bread and oil in our bag she said yes. We checked our order and there was no bread in the bag. Also, the Hot Honey Chicken Pizza is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. This is a $20 pizza and they literally tossed a couple pieces of breaded fried chicken and three pickles on it, added way too much cayenne pepper and some honey on it and called it a pizza. This place is a disaster! I don’t normally write reviews, but wow I had to write this one. What a joke of a restaurant!

I’ve been a customer of this particular CPK since childhood. Their food is delicious, but they need to give WAY better training to whoever puts together the takeout & DoorDash orders. I consistently have issues with missing toppings for pizzas or poor quality toppings. Tonight, I received my toppings but no pizza… 😵‍💫 I’ve even tried calling the manager to inform them because DoorDash refunds don’t give them the feedback about what was wrong. Honestly, it feels like the definition of insanity at this point. I keep ordering hoping they’ll get better and change, but it never does.

Food and service is top tier,I will be going back soon.

The kid at the door says 15 minutes however half the tables are empty or have dirty dishes on them. I sat at the bar next to two piles of dirty dishes that were there the entire time I ate. The food was good enough but could have used salt. Waitress didn't ask if I needed anything and barely refilled my drink when I was almost done. Poorly ran establishment

This was my second time there. First time we went there for happy hours and the experience was relatively pleasant. The second time I went there for lunch on Tuesday, the service was very slow. After 7 minutes, I got a piece of bread and spiced olive oil.
The small cup of Barley soup for $7.99 was good but their shaking Beef dish for $ 28 was nothing but disaster. Under cooked beef and lots of fat in heavy teriyaki sauce and pasta was nothing but disgusting. Their fountain drink soda for $4 was like syrup because it was not carbonated.
I asked the waitresses to bring me a piece of bread and she never did. This place is on my black list now. This means that I will never dine there again. It’s unfortunate because it is close to where I leave. I tipped 18% not because I was satisfied but because it is close to Christmas and had mercy on them. A good service is a must for a pleasant dining experience. May be this is a place to eat pizza and nothing else.

Showing up 30 minutes before closing and they didn't turn us away, five stars as most other restaurants would not even seat you.

Pretty average service experience with sub-par food. Both batches of bread came cold and our pizza was mildly warm.

Buttercake was served cold and very dense, never had this issue at any other CPK I've been to.
