I came to this location on December 2, 2023 at 8:10PM approximately. The doors were locked. I proceed to the drive thru to ask when the establishment closes for dine in, and the lady tells me 9PM and they aren’t allowing dine in due to short staffing. I’m not exaggerating when I say there was not one customer in the drive thru or inside the restaurant and 3 or 4 employees just standing around. I asked her again if I could come inside to eat, and she said no. I left and went across the street to jack in the box. I’ll never eat at this Carl’s Jr from this day on.

I like coming here because of the convenience and staff, but the burgers are ALWAYS cold. I went here today and my burger was so cold, I had to microwave it at home. The fries were fresh and hot, but I am not sure if the burgers are pre-made and then kept in a fridge until a customer orders them. If the burgers were served fresh and hot, this location would be 5 stars in my opinion.

Great service, went in there with a friend and had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly super nice I didn't get their names but I was there in 11/10/23 at 9:40 pm, it was a women and a young man! I don't experience this with many fast food spots but this one was great! The food was ready super quick, nice and hot! Overall the staff made it a 10/10 will be coming back!
