Our family went to eat at Carls today, Christmas Day. Jorge was the cashier who served us. Great customer service despite being super busy with a 2 person team and training someone new! Super friendly, kind, and even wore his Santa hat & mask to say hello to our daughter! We appreciate this kind of service and this will continue to be our go to place!

Made an online order for pickup the location is closed for inside, could literally see employees walking around inside not even busy nobody in the drive through yet no one will answer the phone to refund me my money
Rolled in with the fam and 2 hours left on a long drive from up north - hands down best person ever working at a fast food joint room our order - shout out to Jorge who has been working a month he said - Ventura native and super cool guy. Would stop by just to say hi and grab some high quality fast food anytime we drive by. Lived off this exit years back when my youngest was born and stopped off for a bite and nostalgia. Big ups to my man Jorge who’s holding the fort down this sat night.

They didn't let us dine in although we arrived 10 minutes before. They didn't have ranch so I returned the order

Restaurantji Recommends
The slowest drive through I have ever experienced in my entire thirty six years of life! Highly, do not recommend going through drive through. And if you go into the lobby, if you get lucky and it is not locked, there will be homeless people all over the place and also dirty inside. Also customer service is horrible.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, only 2 cars in front of us the whole time forgot to give me my drink, no apologies for the wait, my burger was wrapped badly and fell apart, I say this having worked at several fast food places, go somewhere else.

Was in the drive trough waited at the box for at-least 5 minutes almost yelling but no one ever attended us so we had to pull up to the window where there someone who ignored us after we tried calling him. After a while a lady finally took our order and made the excuse that she couldn’t hear us which is completely a lie. Food took a while to
