Told to wait to order in the drive thru with nobody in line. Same problem everywhere, but there's no excuse to not hire people when you charge 20 dollars per person for fast food. No thanks. This company is going under soon, won't be coming back ? I left my entire coupon book and left without my order. Sorry I won't give any Carl's my business anymore. Goodbye Carl's Jr. Goodbye America. Me and my wife go there at night and there's two young people that are super nice and it always going above and beyond was the Asian girl that's super super nice and very helpful in another gentleman that's young hispanic that are very nice they're both go above and beyond

Very upset ? I went in for lunch at 11 and didn't get my food til 11:25 I didn't have time to eat they need to have better food service and the drive thru was so packed they needed more workers they were backed up twice I don't recommend
