Had a coupon for 50% off of a nice burger. Added a small side of fried zucchini. Still came to almost $12. I know all the reasons for high fast food prices in CA, I just don't understand how most of them stay in business. Anyway the burger was pretty good when I got it home. The lady at the counter was nice, the place was empty, the drive-thru had a couple of cars.

I did a mobile order and got off my car to pick it up at 8PM and the lobby was closed so I had to wait in the drive thru

Wait time was nearly 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 vehicles ahead of me. My lunch time is limited so it's an inconvenience having to wait that long.

I have just left a message to speak with the district manager. Tere and Ana, who take the orders, have really good customer service. Tere in particular is VERY sweet. I was able to request to speak with the cook, Maria, and I thanked her for my orders always being hot and delicious. Carl's blows Jack out of the water. Every single time I come to this Carl's the fries are fresh. I work nights, so the only rough part is they close at midnight. These 3 LADIES seem to take actual pride in their work, and their efforts and service make my food taste even more delicious and I look forward to rolling up to the window. You have something special going on at this store, sir. I hope that it can continue to be cultivated, and properly appreciated. Thank you very much to you all, and God bless you.

I have to admit, out of all the fast food joints in Ventura this is one of the more clean environments. I don't smell a bunch of old nasty Grease. Just the aroma that I'm used to smelling at Carl's Junior. The service could be a little better, but not bad! My burger and onion rings came to me freah and hot. I don't eat as much fast food as I used to when I was younger but I still like coming to Carl's Junior every so often. Particularly this store. Keep up the good work CJ's

I recently went to Carl’s Jr. and was happy with both the food and the staff. The burgers were tasty, cooked well, and full of flavor. The buns were fresh, and all the ingredients seemed clean and good quality. I also had the fries—they were hot, crispy, and had just the right amount of salt. Much better than most fast food fries
