The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

The cheese steaks are good when you are able to order them. I've tried a few times to come order and the workers literally hid behind the counter, crouched down. I thought they were cleaning something or had dropped something but they only peaked up a few minutes later to see that I was still there and then hunched down again without a word.

We were absolutely pissed. Ordered a 6inch old-school. 1st off, $20 for a 6 inch meal is pure ROBBERY. Got the food, and bread was soggy, the meat was TERRIBLE. Not seasoned AT ALL! Whole sandwich just fell apart when you picked it up and fingers went right thru the soggy bread. The fries were absolutely pathetic. Undercooked and still starchy on the inside, had NO SALT AT ALL! The workers at this location take absolutely no pride in what they are doing. I wanna enjoy my meal at least if im going to get robbed $20 for it. Was extremely upset that I payed that much for such disgusting food.

False advertising on the gourmet fries. They give you only one potato. Cheap cheese and diced bacon for salads on the fries. The Philly cheese steak had no flavor and packed with lettuce. This location, hard pass!!!
