This is my first time ever coming here. Had been seeing the ads for the new spicy chicken sandwich. So I ordered The deluxe and a regular fit be son. I also requested sauces. Got to the window got our drinks, have me my bag. I live way out in West Ventura so I sitting look in the bag room I got home. Had I known that the sandwich was dry I'm would have asked for more sauces. But as it is, I didn't get any in the first plane. If your employees are going to miss putting those items in the bags then at least put mayo on the sandwiches.

Worst Chick-fil-A that I’ve ever been to. The food was cold and bread was stale, so we sent it back and it came out even worse the second time. They refunded for sandwich only when the whole meal was trash. RIP Chick-fil-A. Never going back.

We love it here but we are so sad the root beer is gone!! Please bring it back, it’s my favorite when I need a treat but don’t want caffeine or a shake! The food is great and the service is amazing just disappointed the root beer is not around.

Very very professional and competent as it should be
Today is a rough day, day after the elections, everything is on fire. Emotions are high, evacuations are happening. I stop by to grab dinner for myself and Ricardo takes my order. They do not have employees standing outside, taking orders and even though it took a little longer than usual, I was so happy to see that they did not have kids standing outside in these miserable windy smoke filled conditions. What a responsible thing to do. Ricardo was so polite and so kind And I told him how happy I was that they were not standing outside and he told me that someone was angry because it took so long to get their food. Who is mad at a fast food restaurant during these difficult times? I couldn’t believe it. He was so sweet and chatted with me for a moment at the window while my food was getting ready. We had a lovely exchange and he even gifted me a brownie! What a sweetheart. There is still hope for this world. Ricardo reminded me of that today. Thank you, for the few kind words and a reminder that life is good.
Friendly and courteous staff. The manager was very respectful and accommodating. Very impressed with the service of this location. Definitely recommend.
