I want to give a big shoutout to Alexa at Chipotle! I stopped by around 5 PM during a busy dinner rush, and it was clear the restaurant was short-staffed. The whole team was working hard, but Alexa really stood out. She was on the front line, building burritos and bowls, ringing up customers, and keeping things moving, all with professionalism, efficiency, and a great attitude. She handled a tough situation with grace and did it all with a smile. Alexa made a stressful rush look effortless. Truly exceptional service!

I’ve been visiting chipotles all around the state for years now, pretty much getting the same food every time. This place got me the most ridiculous portion of food, literally HALF the size than other places, when i was asking about it the manager was upset and not friendly at all. They are obviously ripping off peaople here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I don’t know what’s going on with Chipotle’s.
But there servings are crazy disrespectful especially when you’re playing $13 + tax a bowl. The staff here were giving 1 scoop of everything you asked for.
Came during lunch time and they told me I had to wait 15 mins for steak. So I canceled 1 bowl.
Look at the picture below this was the bowl they served before I took a bite.
Workers were very nice and had a great sense of humor. Food was great, cause it's chipotle. The atmosphere had a cozy feel and was nice.

I'm a large dude and I came in with my 2 kids today. I got a kids meal (tacos and rice) for my oldest. Then I got a chicken Burrito. My son got more meat on his children's tacos than I got on my burrito. The young highschool lady didn't even care that she gave me less than a quarter breast of chicken.
I'm puzzled that Chipotle hasn't adopted scoopers for portion standardization. It's a gamble if a teenage girl is gonna rob you or if an employee with actually give you a sustainable amount of food.

Very rude manager, employees talking to each other and not paying attention to the long line. I felt bad for the gentleman who made our food. Out of many things, and wouldn't give a reason, just don't have it. Mind you it's 4 in the afternoon, not even dinner rush. This is not the way to treat your customers. Your first step is to retrain or fire your manager who has the worst attitude and is more worried about showing her bandaid to every employee and just ignoring the customers completely. Worst experience ever.

I've only been to these restaurants a few times and each time has been significantly different. What happened at this one really wasn't the workers fault, but the customer ahead of me kept adding to their order even after they had moved down the line. Each time I tried to step up to order they came back with something else. Even after the worker started on my first item the other customer asked for something else. At that point I should have said could you complete your order so I can give them mine and stop coming back to add more. But no I held my tongue and the worker apologized for him. The customer didn't apologize or even acknowledge he was being rude.
