I want to give a big shoutout to Alexa at Chipotle! I stopped by around 5 PM during a busy dinner rush, and it was clear the restaurant was short-staffed. The whole team was working hard, but Alexa really stood out. She was on the front line, building burritos and bowls, ringing up customers, and keeping things moving, all with professionalism, efficiency, and a great attitude. I've only been to these restaurants a few times and each time has been significantly different. What happened at this one really wasn't the workers fault, but the customer ahead of me kept adding to their order even after they had moved down the line. Each time I tried to step up to order they came back with something else. Even after the worker started on my first item the other customer asked for something else.
