Never again. I’ve ordered from this place in person and online multiple times. The bowls are not worth your money. The meat is sometimes not cooked right and the bowls are not packed like how it is anywhere else.

The guacamole is more than 1 day old, I am 100% sure of this! My child got a piece of old and rubbery avocado that she tried to bite into before she spit it out because of the flavor and texture. One of the pictures is me, trying to pinch the avocado as hard as I can. This restaurant needs to do better! So much for making their guacamole daily.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I came in to pick up my order and asked for the vinaigrette. The staff member said it would take 10 minutes. I waited patiently with my 3.5 year old for over 20 minutes, checked in twice, and was still told it hadn’t been made yet because he “had customers.” I was a customer. Completely unprofessional. Won’t return to this location and considering avoiding Chipotle altogether

Love Chipotle. But the last time we visited, the crew of 8 were having such a jolly ol' time with each other that we couldnt carry on a conversation at a table. Several of us were there shortly after they opened, and we had to wait for a cashier to show up for work to pay for and eat our lunches. Also, the vinaigrette changed, was too spicy, and ruined my bowl. So much for a birthday lunch.

There is a manager here who is incredibly rude and every time I come in, she’s rude to not only her customers but her employees as well. Incredibly uncomfortable environment. I don’t know her name I don’t want to but she is a bigger woman. Will not be going back if I see her there. Unacceptable.

Went in at 6:30pm for dinner, got up to order and the employee said we don't have a lot of anything, I asked what does that mean, they had no meat, no beans, I asked how long it would be they said a long time, mind you they are open until 11:00pm, ended up leaving and going somewhere else, won't be going back.
