Love Chipotle. But the last time we visited, the crew of 8 were having such a jolly ol' time with each other that we couldnt carry on a conversation at a table. Several of us were there shortly after they opened, and we had to wait for a cashier to show up for work to pay for and eat our lunches. Also, the vinaigrette changed, was too spicy, and ruined my bowl. So much for a birthday lunch.

There is a manager here who is incredibly rude and every time I come in, she’s rude to not only her customers but her employees as well. Incredibly uncomfortable environment. I don’t know her name I don’t want to but she is a bigger woman. Will not be going back if I see her there. Unacceptable.

Went in at 6:30pm for dinner, got up to order and the employee said we don't have a lot of anything, I asked what does that mean, they had no meat, no beans, I asked how long it would be they said a long time, mind you they are open until 11:00pm, ended up leaving and going somewhere else, won't be going back.

Food was ok, tiny bit of meat tho. They act like they're going to take the leftovers home so they don't to serve more than the 4 Oz of meat. They had some problems with the computer system so we had to wait to pay. The guacamole is far too expensive they chips were soft and cost extra. I have to take a syar away for that. Overall the food was okay.

This place is typical of this type of establishment. However, there are way too many people in this area to the county government center. I was not impressed with the service or the atmosphere. They’re very rude when it comes to asking to use the restroom.
Vegetarian options: I doubt you would eat here if you’re vegetarian, but it’s there if you wanted

Parking: Parking is very hard to find in this area. Best to park somewhere in adjacent place and walk because yeah people are rude stupid disrespectful. The homeless are also usually in this area and eagerly waiting for you to get out of your car so they can beg you for money that they’re going to use not for “drugs “

Wheelchair accessibility: Typical of these kind of strip models. There is the what you would expect style of wheelchair parking and accessibility oddly enough they always never seem to be used, but it’s there for when someone decides to use it while the rest of us will fight for the parking that is not available for the rest of.
All employees were in a huge rush, with no one else in line. Items went into the bowl with total disregard for my wishes. The cashier wouldn't give me time to get to my gift cards, tapping on the register. Might as well hire robots, if that's the service they're going to offer

Had a quick and satisfying lunch at Chipotle on Victoria Ave! The line moved efficiently, and the portions were generous. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and I love their rewards program. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and I was able to find parking easily despite the busy lot. Definitely recommend this location for a delicious and convenient meal.
