Great and friendly costumer service. The store was busy with costumers. We had the pleasure of having the manager Tati, take our order all while still helping her staff. Would definitely go again.

The kids had a blast! They were a bit bummed that the stage is now gone. Expensive pizza but the unlimited play pass is well worth the money. Kids all played games and got a few prizes so they were happy. The staff was friendly and made it a good experience. Spent $75 for dinner and an evening out with the kids. Pretty good deal!

Great improvement! Love the new huge plasma TV. They got rid of the old school mechanical Chucky and group band and extended the party area. Doesn't feel stuffed up anymore. They now have a trampoline play area, but you have to pay extra and buy grip socks.

They updated the place inside and out. Games are more spread out and they installed a new jumper place that you have to pay separately for admission it's meant for younger kids 3+. Food was okay but the wait was insane.

Today, I took my nephew to Chuck E. Cheese for some fun on a cool, windy day. Arriving at 11 AM on a Saturday, we noticed it was getting busier. The staff, although quick and efficient, seemed a bit understaffed as the crowd grew. While I’ve enjoyed their pizza and salad bar in the past, today’s visit didn’t include those options. The rates are on the higher side, but purchasing time cards for several hours of play is a better value than using the “credit” cards. Additionally, if your child plans on jumping on the new trampoline area, using points might be more cost-effective. The store’s newly remodeled, clean, and bright appearance was inviting, although there was a musky odor near the counter upon entry. Despite the minor hiccups, we’ll be back for the unique experience Chuck E. Cheese offers children.

The pizza can't get any thinner or dryer. It used to be really good. Idk why they changed it.
Worker hosting the party and worker under chuck e were bland. Just doesn’t feel welcoming.

First thing I want to say is that Juan is amazing! He always greets us with a big smile and my kids remember him every time we come here, because of how friendly he is to them. I truly appreciate that there's someone like him working there. This place is mainly for kids and I love that he makes them feel special and welcomed!I had not visited this location in a couple ofmonths and I was very happy surprised to see all the new games and renovations they've done! Everything looks and smells so clean. They have new games! My kids were so excited to play the new games. They also have a "trampoline zone" it's $10 per kid for the day. There's not many things for kids to do here in Ventura, so appreciate a place that is specifically for them!If you haven't been here in a while you get a card and you either load it with points or time. We usually do points so we don't have to worry about running out of time. You also don't get tickets anymore, the tickets are added into the card. Once you are done playing you take your card to redeem your "tickets" that were added to car and get a prize!I didn't get any food this time, but we have in the past and we like it!

Drove a long way after checking their hours online and getting there to find a sign that there is a private party and we were not allowed in. They were rude about it as well.
