I came to the his Coldstone on 1/23/24 between 6:00 and 6:30. I was treated so poorly. They treated with prejudice. I was so excited to try ice cream here. I didn't even get what I came for. I have no desire whatsoever to visit another Coldstone ever. I just can't believe businesses still treat people this way!

Waste of time. 6 customers all standing around while the two employees went about whatever it was they were doing. They never looked up once, didn't say a word or acknowledge any of the customers for a solid 8+ minutes. Avoid.

Coldstone is seriously the best place for ice cream. They have so many flavors and toppings to choose from, it's like a dream come true. And let me tell you, Jonathan, the guy who works there, is not only incredibly helpful but also quite handsome. It's definitely a win-win situation!

Never had ice cream sandwiches that look like this. My wife ordered the variety ice cream sandwiches for my birthday. First and last time that I will go to this location!

It was ice cream, so they at least got 1*. Lights off, fans off, a/c off, water running outage door. Some kind of leak. I should have left, but had a 2 and 4 year old really looking forward to ice cream.Ice cream melty and half @$$ prepared. While I think the employee couldn't have cared less, most likely he still had less in him to give as the day was just starting.He probably shouldn't have opened the store because it seemed like they had a power or refrigeration issue happening. Maybe I'll make another visit in a few months, not again anytime soon.

I was so excited to go get the Barbie ice cream and this is what I got (false advertisement ). Costumer service was terrible

Ordered online. Tub of ice cream cost about $20. Tip of course expected on top of that. Was supposed to come with up to 10 (we only requested 5) CHOCOLATE DIPPED WITH SPRINKLES cones. Picked it up, got it home. Plain cones. Made very shoddily, like they didn't know what they were doing or just super rushed it.One even had a big hole in the bottom. I mean, come on people. You see the hole.... that's not cool. Makes me wish I hadn't tipped.I called and they said in a very annoyingly chipper tone "Oh we don't have those here, SORRY." Okaaayyy... no mention of that when I picked it up... no "hey we only have regular cones here, I hope thats ok" nope. Just act like nothing is amiss. Sorry but for what they charge for their ice cream, they really should be a bit more courteous and mindful. I think I will just stick with McConnells.

Came back today (after 3 years) to grab a smoothie.This place is just dirty and not welcoming.The smoothie is the worst I ever had. No fresh ingredients besides the icecubes.It's just colored sugar ?

Came here on a Friday midday. It wasn't busy at all. The employee looked lazy and sluggish. I asked for a single scoop of cookie dough. As she was getting my ice cream it seemed as if she got me vanilla. I told myself I think I'm overthinking it. When I got home it was definitely vanilla I was pissed off because I don't eat junk food and the time that I do spend money on junk food I get the wrong order.

Walked into this location and immediately noticed that there were no more tables to sit at. Then noticed that they were pushed against the counter with signs not to move them. I guess that the Covid paranoia was over with, but, it is alive still in Cold Stone. I asked the girl if it was for Covid and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "I guess". Needless to say my family will no longer spend our money at a business that still promotes the Covid hoax.
