Nice place, I got the 2 taco combo (ground beef).Quick service. The salsa they give with the pre-meal chips is great.

I’d ordered the wet chicken burrito and the pinto beans were undercooked and the chicken overcooked. The food overall tasted bland. The chips were burnt too and the salsa was also very bland.

Good spot. Service is great, food is good. Looking forward to exploring the menu more. The beans are a little runny, I like them to be more chunky I guess. Also, I ordered a combo with a taco and enchilada and they put a taco tray thing into the rest of the dish. It wasn't aesthetically pleasing. I think they should just rest the tacos on the plate. No biggie though. Overall a great first impression and experience!

This was our first time trying DV's and won't be our last!We were big fans. The menu style and aesthetic reminds me of La Parilla (maybe same owners). The prices are great! Super affordable. We came for our Sunday brunch around 11am.We were sat right away and had to ask for breakfast menus. The omelette I got was delicious, meat lovers and it had a lot of cheese. The homes fries were good, potatoes needed more seasoning, but I like the bell peppers with a little crisp as they were. The chilaquiles were good, The asada and eggs on the chilaquiles were cooked perfectly. We ordered pancakes and they were very delicious, and without a big tab of margarine was nice. Overall we will 100% be back for the good quality food and low prices. Definitely try DV's and support local.

Always great food every time we go. Best chips and salsa in town. The enchiladas verdes is one my favorites. Reasonable prices and always fresh

DV's is a hidden gem in Ventura. The seafood enchiladas are delicious and I really enjoyed the lobster tacos also. Service is friendly, staff is attentive to wants and needs. This restaurant has the feel of an old time, established family restaurant, very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortably inviting. I recommend it and take friends there. Never disappointed.

My friend and I have found our new spot! Fast, friendly service and AMAZING food. I love the Santa Fe Chicken Salad and could drink the cilantro dressing. Friend gets the Soy Chorizo Tacos. Kids get the grilled cheese or the bean and cheese burrito, everything here is a win!
