I wanted to give a shout-out to Lexi at El Pollo Loco. We struck up a conversation as she greeted me while sweeping the floor, and her attention to detail was impressive. But what really stood out was her customer service. I watched her have genuine conversations with multiple customers, and she even told me to let her know if I needed anything after I got my food. Simple gestures like that go a long way. You can tell she’s proud to work at El Pollo Loco.
Kaylee at the register was also great, she greeted me as soon as I walked in and delivered excellent customer service from the start.
It’s bomb. Every time. It’s a must visit when I’m in the 805. Always tastes fresh, perfectly seasoned and priced right.

I have not visited this location, and I don't think I will. I called them quite a few times to place an order over the phone, NO ONE ANSWERED. Why would you have a phone and still advertise phone orders just to frustrate us by NOT PICKING UP? Ridiculous. Pollo loco just lost my business.

The only problem with this place the kiosk doesn't spit out a ticket so you have to remember your number. But it takes so long to get your order and they even ask you sometimes what did you order and what is your number because I have no way to track it. The manager of this place should be given some kind of training or replaced.
