The only problem with this place the kiosk doesn't spit out a ticket so you have to remember your number. But it takes so long to get your order and they even ask you sometimes what did you order and what is your number because I have no way to track it. The manager of this place should be given some kind of training or replaced.

Crispy chicken tacos are my new favorite. Go on Tuesday and they are 2 for $5. Don't like the kiosk machines to order but they are easy to use.

Once I went in for lunch and forgot the pin to my card and the cashier was so patient with me then I went in for dinner and I'm on a walker and the gentleman even brought the food to my table for me they are very very courteous. Ty the food is my Favorite in Ventura (healthy choices)
Parking: They have a handicap parking close to the door which was convenient and my ride used it. Also public bus drop right in front
I have been to other El Pollo Loco establishments in California and this one right here is by far the best ever! The flavors are so good and the staff is very nice. I am going beck again.

They are very fast, very professional and courteous. The food is so good here. The dining room lacks atmosphere and somewhat feels outdated and obsolete. Parking is always a challenge at lunch time.
Everything is good, except the cleanliness in the bathrooms and food area inside, all the edges are horribly dirty, they have food, chicken bones, cobwebs, etc. The truth is that it made me sick to be eating like that, that's why I give 3 stars, it's a shame it's not can you put photos

So I took my mother here to have lunch! Wasn’t greeted by anybody I just had to figure out on my own to use the kiosk, heard alot about these double tostadas so I had to try them well wasn’t worth it! But worst is I paid extra to make it a meal because I wanted a drink! They failed to tell me that the soda machine was all out of Soda, I told the lady who walked by me twice as I was dumping my drink or out that the soda isn’t working she says “oh yea the Coke Dr Pepper and sprite are all out” like really?? What was left?? Geez! So I told her maybe she needs to put up a sign because ppl were finding out the way I found out! She said “I’ll let my manager know” well we ate our food there and the whole time they never once out a sign up and failed to tell people before they purchased a large drink! Smh shame on you! Customer service sucked here!
