So I took my mother here to have lunch! Wasn’t greeted by anybody I just had to figure out on my own to use the kiosk, heard alot about these double tostadas so I had to try them well wasn’t worth it! But worst is I paid extra to make it a meal because I wanted a drink! They failed to tell me that the soda machine was all out of Soda, I told the lady who walked by me twice as I was dumping my drink or out that the soda isn’t working she says “oh yea the Coke Dr Pepper and sprite are all out” like really?? What was left?? Geez! So I told her maybe she needs to put up a sign because ppl were finding out the way I found out! She said “I’ll let my manager know” well we ate our food there and the whole time they never once out a sign up and failed to tell people before they purchased a large drink! Smh shame on you! Customer service sucked here!

If I could I would rate it half a star the management team needs to be retrained or replaced, this is the most horrible service and experience I have ever had. When asked for a manager the “manager “ was the rudest one he should work on his people skills. NEVER going

Came in tonight and got some food to-go. Food was delicious and I have to give a shoutout to the employees working tonight. I didn't grab his name but the man who took my order had excellent customer service skills and was very friendly. He was very clear and had a great attitude. The restaurant was also clean and well taken care of.
