Beautiful, decadent handmade truffles that are almost too pretty to eat. I added turtles to my husband's Valentine box this year and he absolutely loved tpromised. The online orders I've placed have always been ready when promised.

Love these chocolates, especially the dark chocolate caramel turtles! The chocolates are not only delicious but beautifully hand painted too! Always visit when we are in Ventura, but usually order for family pick up. They staff is personable, patient, and accomodating.

This is a great chocolate shop that also sells ice cream. They make all of their own bonbons and sell a ton of great chocolate from other places. Their ice cream is also really amazing and the flavors they make are great. Can't recommend them enough.
I finally went here thanks to a Yelp Elite event. They have so many good choices. The chocolates are wonderful in terms of presentation and taste, but they also have delicious drinks and ice cream. I wish I had remembered to take pictures of the Halloween chocolates. I plan to come back to try to more items! Their prices are high but seem correct given the high quality of the products. The people working there are friendly and the shop is cute.

I had a chance to try this chocolate store as a Yelp Experience and until then I didn't know about the store at all. I got a Halloween box, that was cute, spooky chocolate and wrapping. Once I ate the chocolate, I could tell they were very fresh and the ingredients were good. Their hand painted bonbons were very beautiful like art. Next time, I would like to try them. All staff were very nice. There is parking behind the store. When you park there, the door of the store entrance is small and hard to find it. So I went to a meat store next door by mistake wearing Halloween costume lol

This store is a hidden gem full of sweet goodness. ExVoto looks clean and crisp with the white walls and black decor. The case is full of beautifully decorated and hand crafted chocolates. The lady at the counter was very nice and gave us the affogato before we figured out where to sit. Salted caramel ice cream as an Affogato was soo good. I will be going back to try more of their ice creams affogato style. Take your bestie or boo on a dessert date or pick up a box of chocolate. Talk about a fancy way to impress someone.

I got the chocolates as a gift. They are beautiful!! The girls there working helped me pick out just the right ones. They even gift wrapped with ribbon for the little extra touch. Thanks

I so enjoyed my visit here! The chocolate truffles I ordered were all tasty (I highly recommend the s'mores!!) and the counter service was very helpful and friendly. I took some truffles to-go, and my server packed them with care. Aside from homemade chocolates, Ex Voto also carries a selection of exotic international chocolate bars-- I'll give those a try next time.Thanks for the delicious treats! I wish I had taken photos.

It was my first time here and it is a very cute shop! I had a quick stop as I wanted to try their chocolates! I tried a variety of their chocolates as I wanted to find the flavor for me. I tried their Peanut Butter Buddha, Macadamia Coconut, Salted Caramel S'more, Almond Gianduja, and Salted Caramel. You can truly taste the difference based on the quality of their ingredients as they use fresh ingredients. They are also vegan. My favorite was the almond gianduja and the salted caramel!! I want to come back to try their cookies and ice cream as well!!

Ohhhhh myyyyyyy sugar loving heart do I adore this place. Always great service, diverse selection of drinks, hand-crafted chocolates, ice creams, treats, gifts. I love bringing people here who are from out of town. It's always nice to have small town gems like this to impress with! I especially love just grabbing a few chocolates from them to give as small gifts. They wrap them so nicely and have quite the selection (absolutely beautiful, too!). Their ice cream is my favorite in town! Blow torch marshmallow on top of it?! Umm, yes please! Support small business, people! This place is the real deal!
