Finney's Crafthouse - Ventura

Impossible Taco Salad dressing contains yogurt. Server was nice enough to ask chef before I ordered. I substituted the dressing with a vinaigrette. The salad itself was meh, at best. Nothing vegan on the happy hour menu, except a pretzel. I’d be cautious about the pretzel and check with staff before ordering.

Our server only came to our table once after waiting for a long time and after asking other servers for help. She was standing by the front desk most of the time and didn't come to see how we were doing or needed.

This was recommended by the place we were staying at. It was a very lively and fun atmosphere. I had a really delicious ahi burger, my wife had tacos, which were really delicious as well. Overall, we had a nice experience and enjoyed the atmosphere.

Casual and busy atmosphere! Coconut shrimp to die for, and the cocktails were delicious and innovative as well.

Love Finney's!! The smash burger is the best...add tater tots...so delicious. I also love the Watermelon smash cocktail. Refreshing and delicious. Great service...all the people who work there are outstanding.

Took a work group here after a few rounds of pool and the staff was great. We waited about 10 minutes on a Friday night with a party of 12. The server was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Since we were a larger party I always worry they will try to rush us out (although our party keeps spending) but they allowed us to drink, mingle and eat without feeling rushed. I heard mixed reviews on the food. I didn’t expect much but I did get the onion ring stack and unfortunately the grease was old. I hate when you get something fried and you can smell the grease before you eat it. The guys loved the smash burger and the crispy coconut shrimp. Overall good experience for a large group and I appreciate the accommodations on a Friday night!

It was okay. Didn't expect the smash burger to be so small. Would have ordered the sliders instead. Liked the parmesan cheese on the onion rings. That was fun.

Very friendly staff and fast service. Beautiful space inside with high ceilings. Chicken sliders were very tasty but the avocado egg rolls tasted very bland and frozen and reheated.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs and the baby loved the huge fans in the ceiling.

Went to Finney’s in Ventura with my husband and our 4 legged daughter. Everything about it is awesome. We do not go often because it is so good therefore there is always a wait. We had some Caymus wine and some ahi tuna on crispy rice and a scrumptious salmon sandwich. We also ordered our 4 legged child sone chicken. We were all happy. All of the food was phenomenal. They are very dog friendly. This restaurant has something for everyone. We can’t come here enough. Kayden our waiter was great. We love this place especially when we can find a table.

I wouldn't consider this a terrible place to eat, but I do consider this place overrated.

So I knew this place was trash when I saw the Ronald Regan picture on the wall.

So when I asked for recommendations for wings flavors, I was considering Chipotle BBQ or Cajun spicy wings. Our waiter told me Cajun was a bit "spicier," but in no way was it at all spicy, let alone good. I didn't bother finishing up my wings, nor did I finish the loaded bacon tater tots. These were bearable enough to consume but not good enough to finish.

The atmosphere was ok. The outdoor patio looked decent enough.

The service was also ok, nothing to boast about also what you'd expect. Friendly enough to have an "experience."
