The brisket sub and hook and ladder subs are top-notch, and customers often feel like they could eat every meal there. Takeout orders arrive warm, with bread that doesn't get soggy, making for an excellent dining experience. The people who work there are extremely nice and patient with the customers, and the food is delicious with amazing quality of the subs. However, there have been occasional issues like finding a hair in a sandwich, and some customers have experienced subpar service at times. While the prices may be a little high, the restaurant generally compensates customers fairly.
