Not worth it at all the subs are not that good for the price I spent over 22 dollars in a sandwich that wasn’t even6 inches and as a combo with the drink I would have gotten more for my money at subway totally don’t recommend anyone going to this place is overpriced and food is not that good. It’s like if you throw your money to the trash and you are still hungry.

I love the food everything was great is my favorite place now thank you girls. And the cleaning crew waited until I left to star cleaning. I really appreciate that God bless every single one of you guys. I'm sure with people like that every one will be happy to eat there. Try it. Love a new happy customer.

I ordered a steamer combo. The meat was cold and full of gristle. I brought it to the attention of the cashier. She was unable to correct the problem but would bring it to the attention of the manager. There has been no response even after contacting the customer service department. The email and conversation are chat bots. The meal was very disappointing. $18 lost. The complaint was passed back to the store management, but there has been no response.

Got a bunch of subs during their 50% off promo, every single one was delicious, my favorite was definitely the new Cuban BBQ. Medium sized sub is huge and their large is gigantic, incredible bang for your buck, Panera could learn a thing or two about portions!

I use to frequent firehouse multiple times a week before the pandemic. Now, it's just not worth it. The prices have increased recently way to high. They still have not returned the hot sauce collection you can use to flavor your sandwich. Sure they have a few sauce packets but burning your mouth off with the hot sauces was a huge appeal of the restaurant. Now it's just an OK sandwich shop with inflated prices. Once a staple in my life now is just a place that use to be enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend unless you have money to burn and looking for an ok sandwich. Try a tasty local deli for a much better sandwich at at least half the price.
