I ordered a steamer combo. The meat was cold and full of gristle. I brought it to the attention of the cashier. She was unable to correct the problem but would bring it to the attention of the manager. There has been no response even after contacting the customer service department. The email and conversation are chat bots. The meal was very disappointing. $18 lost. The complaint was passed back to the store management, but there has been no response.
At Envision Ford Oxnard we love Fire sub,plus the owner Ricardo and his wife our great clients of mine (Isaac Barraza) always great service and the restaurant always clean and friendly stuff
Got a bunch of subs during their 50% off promo, every single one was delicious, my favorite was definitely the new Cuban BBQ. Medium sized sub is huge and their large is gigantic, incredible bang for your buck, Panera could learn a thing or two about portions!
