Probably the best wine bar in Elay. There is not wine list but the wine and beer selection is amazing and the staff is extremely helpful to help you make a great selection. My wife and I were in Ventura for the weekend and decided to hop into Grapes & Hops to close out our day of bar hopping at this restaurant bar. They had an outstanding blues band playing and I'm now mad I didn't find out their name but the atmosphere was outstanding. People dancing an having a great time. The food and drinks were delicious. Downtown Ventura was delightful. Highly recommend!
