We had the breakfast burrito and the quesadilla and they were very good with large portions. We will get 2 meals out of this order. The potatoes are nice and crispy and salted just right. We will come here again when we are in the area. Most seating is outside but they do have 7 tables inside.

Great food. Staff was friendly. Good drinks. Perfect place on the beach while you’re waiting to catch a ride to the Channel Islands.

A very friendly place to visit service staff is very pleasant, and the Moko Loco is the best around. Believe me, I've tried other restaurants that advertise this dish can beat the harbor Café.

Excellent customer service ? good food pretty expensive tho so be prepared for that .Just remember you get what you pay for. That being said you will love the surroundings.Kid-friendliness: Channel Islands museum has a touch aquarium.

I keep forgetting about this lace on the other side of the yacht club, next to the Channel Island National Park visitor. Since my last visit, they moved the order window to the side, revised their menu, and added some fun patio heaters, perfect on one of Ventura's cloudy days. When the sun shines, the Ventura hills view over the marina can't be beat. The carved tiki on the patio and the palm trees over the picnic tables give it a tropical feel. Ordering at the window was easy, with the menu posted at eye level. My tasty egg filled croissant arrived quickly, accompanied by a huge order of crispy grilled potatoes. I will definitely be back.

The ambiance here is off the hook! Because of the decor, the view, the palm trees, and nice servers I feel like I'm in Hawaii. They have a great covered deck facing the harbor and picnic benches on the lawn so you can watch boats go by. Heaven. The breakfast burrito is delicious and breakfast my favorite time to come. Their other food is fine, but heavy on the fried seafood and fries. They also have cocktails and fancy coffees.

Great food. Fish and chips are fantastic. We've also tried the fish sandwich, tuna melt and veggie burger. Everything we tried was delicious. We are regular customers now and have never been disappointed. Dog friendly outdoor seating and beautiful views of the harbor. Parking is easy in the lot or on street. Beach is across the street for an after lunch stroll.

It's the most expensive place to get breakfast in the area, and while the food is decent, it doesn't warrant the prices. Sure, they bring your food to you, but it's not like you're being waited on or attended to, you have to get up and ask. The bar style seating that faces the water is uncomfortable at best, with the chairs too low, the surface too shallow, and no easy way to eat without getting a lap full of food. It's a frustrating way to eat breakfast and it always hurts the wallet for some basic food.

My husband and I always stop here on our way from San Diego to Central Coast. It's a perfect stopping point to stretch our legs, avoid LA traffic and eat. I love the Harbor Cove Cafe and love that they have a ukulele class/concert Saturday mornings from 10-12.

Atmosphere is amazing. I tried the cheeseburger and it wasn’t great. For the price, the patty could be so much better.

I've been here twice in the last year and each time got the two piece Mahi mahi fish n chips. It was so good each time that I have been craving it ever since. Just deciding when I was finally ready to spend over $25 for lunch. I went again recently, and while the flavors were just as I remembered, it seemed like the portions were smaller. I could be wrong. Also, gave 4 stars because the lemonade in the Arnold Palmer is undrinkable- probably powdered or concentrate- tastes like cleaning solution might. . . The ambience and weather were perfect. Service was lovely and prompt. Would come back sooner if it was real lemonade!
