This is my 3rd or 4th time at Hummus Republic. The food is consistently excellent. Today I tried the Earth Burger. This this is HUGE and delicious (I have enough for at least one more meal)! Sweet potato fries - excellent, and I tried their new cinnamon sugar pita chips - WOW!
Tahini Shake is super tasty. My only recommendation on the shake is that they need larger (circumference) straws. A regular straw is too narrow for this thick shake.

I've been waiting for a place line this to open up in the area. Excellent bowls with a ton of fresh ingredients, hummus varieties, toppings and sauces to choose from. Great portion sizes too!
This place is delicious! Stopped in today for a quick bite and I’m already thinking about my next visit!
