Sold out of the beef and lamb gyro, wasn’t newcomer friendly. I wonder why many of the mediterranean chipotle style restaurants are rude/deny services if you’re not in “the know”. Wasn’t exactly sure if you ordered from the bar or the giant tablet but until the tablet technology is consolidated I’d rather order from a human being.

Will not go back. Walked into this place waited 5 minutes for someone to tell me I will be helped in a couple of minutes. There was no line.2 people in the restaurant; 1 was eating and the other was waiting for her food. Had to wait 10 minutes by the register to put my order in. My food wasn't ready for 35 minutes!!! My wife ordered her food at a busy place called Urbane Cafe that was seated to capacity in their restaurant and getting numerous pick up orders completed. My wife ordered her food within 5 minutes and was eating 15 minutes after placing her order. I was still waiting for my food to be completed when she finished hers. Very disappointed with this place I was looking forward to trying.
If you miss this place....it's your fault. Take a plane, train, bike, or automobile asap. Reward your body and taste buds!

This is my 3rd or 4th time at Hummus Republic. The food is consistently excellent. Today I tried the Earth Burger. This this is HUGE and delicious (I have enough for at least one more meal)! Sweet potato fries - excellent, and I tried their new cinnamon sugar pita chips - WOW!
Tahini Shake is super tasty. My only recommendation on the shake is that they need larger (circumference) straws. A regular straw is too narrow for this thick shake.

I'm am absolutely a newby to this place and had no idea how to order. I must have had a questionmark floating above my head when a wonderful and very helpful girl named Cassandra stepped up and patiently guided me through the delectable process. She showed me the vast array of sauces, toppings and professionally explained what everything was. The food was fresh, very tasty and a great value. Above all however, having a knowlegeable and friendly team memver such as Cassandra made the whole experience well worth the visit! (And a repeat customer for sure) Delish!!! 👍
