This is my 3rd or 4th time at Hummus Republic. The food is consistently excellent. Today I tried the Earth Burger. This this is HUGE and delicious (I have enough for at least one more meal)! Sweet potato fries - excellent, and I tried their new cinnamon sugar pita chips - WOW! Tahini Shake is super tasty. My only recommendation on the shake is that they need larger (circumference) straws. A regular straw is too narrow for this thick shake. Thank you for coming to Surprise,...

I'm am absolutely a newby to this place and had no idea how to order. I must have had a questionmark floating above my head when a wonderful and very helpful girl named Cassandra stepped up and patiently guided me through the delectable process. She showed me the vast array of sauces, toppings and professionally explained what everything was.

Love HR! The food is very fresh. They even make the falafel balls are made fresh to order! Which is awesome. The tahini shake is nice and really love their fountain drinks (by Stubborn black cherry and creamy pineapple). They also have awesome customer service experience too..
