I had a great experience at IHOP thanks to our waiter, Carol. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and super attentive. She checked on our table often without being intrusive and made sure our food came out just the way we ordered it. Carol kept our drinks filled, gave great menu recommendations, and made the whole visit feel easy and relaxed. You can tell she really cares about her customers. If you’re coming to this IHOP, definitely ask for Carol—she’ll make your meal even better!

We went there for late dining to celebrate my friend's 70th birthday. The service was great. The restaurant was very quiet with very few people inside since we were there late, it was disappointing that they closed at 9, when on the website, it says they are open until 10, but we had gifts to open and the staff was willing to let us stay and do the gift opening since we had no other place to go to do it. I had the open face avocado roasted tomato sandwich and it was exceptional!

Good luck trying to place an order over the phone. I don't even know why do they have a landline if they are NOT going to answer. They should make it strictly APP only orders. How frustrating! Consider other options for your to go orders, rather than I hop.

I absolutely love IHOP! We came here on our last day in California before heading home, and as soon as we walked in, I knew we were going to enjoy it. The menu has a great variety, and we ordered omelettes, pancakes, and waffles. I especially appreciated that each coffee order came with its own jug, so convenient, and they were generous with the milk too.
The pancakes were honestly the best I’ve ever had. It was sooo fluffy and moist, I finished the whole plate. The omelettes were delicious as well. I was genuinely happy dining here. Service was excellent. Well done to the team, amazing job!

So disappointed, I been an Ihop customer for a long time, last time i placed an online order for a strawberry cheesecake waffle but never received any strawberries or cheesecake just a plain waffle, and the worst part is when i tried to call them they send me straight to voicemail, i know you guys can do better Ihop.

My poached eggs were raw buggery. I sent them back. Then gave me boiled eggs instead of poached. There was only 1 couple eating besides myself and my son. And the waitress sat down 4 rows in front if us with her back turned the entire time we were there. Food was simply unacceptable. Service was horrible. I think I'm sticking to Denny's for a long minute. Because this particular IHOP has no business being in the restaurant business.
