Worst ran Jack in the Box..missed up my drive thru order twice. Got home wrong order in the bag. The burger was supposed to be plain. Everything was on it, wrong drink…drove all the way back to the store told him that it was the wrong order. They acted like it was my fault and started going off in Spanish, which I didn’t understand. Everyone just standing around one guy kneeling down in the register on his phone. No one paying attention refuse to redo my order. All they did was replace the cheeseburger. Everything else was cold in the bag. I feel bad for the franchise owner that has to deal with this Might want to retrain your employees also customer service
