I have given this place several chances. I will no longer go here. Check your bags people! Every single time I go here, it is a guarantee that they get the order wrong. Completely different burger. Missing items. And not just like “oops we forgot the fries”. Ordered burger fries, jalapeños, tacos and got no jalapeños or tacos. Another time, same order, wrong burger, missing tacos. And this happens every time without fail. Never again.

Mgr was rude. Store was dirty and the wait was long. A small size breakfast burrito combo cost a little over $12 dollars hash browns and 8oz apple juice was included in the price.

look. I love the food generally speaking, however, two times in a row of ordering the munchie meal and I still haven't received my brownies. I don't know if you guys are out or not, but if I'm not going to recieve what I payed for I would at least like an explanation. first order I received churros instead, this time I got two extra tacos instead since it's the bogo deal. both times was the Ventura location on Thompson.

No STARS!!! Ordered in dining area. Yes walked in. Manager was all on the cashier path. Back of house employee smoke my dog every order out the kitchen. Cashier throws my change on the ground, yes my change then exclaims rudely it was my fault bc he was Lame. Eventually had to return for a refined because it looked like a lot of the spit was in the sauce yuck enzines from their stomach acids had killed the bread. Would never eat there again.

July 5th 2025 at 1:30 p.m. I showed up to order some meals for my family. We did carry out from the app. I went to order some tiny tacos at the counter since the application stopped working. It was a younger woman with a drive-thru headset on. When she asked if there was anything else she could get I asked for ranch and taco sauce. She then started attending drive-through orders, looked back at me for a second and then just went back to filling drive-through orders and outright ignored me. My family and I were polite the entire time so I don't understand why she would think this is okay but oh well. Family and I will not be coming back here to this location. The manager was cool. He was very attentive and gave us service with a smile. He needs to have a conversation with his staff about customer service
