3rd visit only because they are across the street from me but never again. Not sure why you don’t get any marinara sauce with mozzerella sticks apparently that’s separate and you should t assume it comes with them. My throat is already thanking me for not eating those dry to the bone sticks without any sauce anymore.

Refused Service. I stood there for MINUTES with no one in Line behind me. One worker even came to work and went through doors and at least greeted me. I grew tired and hungry waiting, many employees saw me there and did NOTHING. I left to go to my car to get cell phone to video this store. I asked for the Manager and she did NOTHING to take an order, anything to get me service. She said that there was a kiosk to order from. My reply was that I been patronizing this store over 30 years and never seen/knew anything about this self-order Kiosk - could one of the numerous employees there at least tell me that detail? NOTHING. I left to go to my car to get cell phone to video this store. I asked for the Manager and she did NOTHING to take an order, anything to get me service. She said that there was a kiosk to order from. My reply was that I been patronizing this store for 30 years and never saw any kiosk to order. She told me to turn off the phone, which I refused. She did NOTHING to inquire why I was there. She did not care, period. The Customer Service was criminal. She started to walk away when I asked her if she was going to do anything? She turned without a care in the world and said she was refusing service. I will see her in Court.
Food is pretty much on par with other Jacks I’ve visited. Unlike other chain burger places, the staff very quickly took my Oder and didn’t prioritize the drivethru over the order counter

I went through the drive through with my brother and he ordered a cheeseburger plain for my daughter and the lady even said with cheese and he said yes. I got a cold bun and patty with no cheese so I went in and asked for cheese. Then they started arguing about it with the cook and they kept yelling at each other back and forth for 2 minutes. Then another lady hands me the cheese burger in the bag and tells me it was my fault and I needed to order correctly next time with a whole bunch of attitude. I usually go inside because they mess up orders at lot here and in the 12 years I lived by this place I've been in there countless times getting missing food and incorrect orders. But the rude attitude is uncalled for and unprofessional since I didn't go in there being rude. Also, when I got it back there were 2 pieces of cold cheese on the cold patty and bun. Almost didn't want to feed it to my daughter since 2 minutes was a long time to slap 2 pieces of cold cheese. I'll seriously never go back to this place after how rude they were to me and how uncomfortable it was standing there while they argued. With plenty of people looking for work I wouldn't keep these employees around long if I owned this place.
