Jasmine Thai Restaurant

I’ve been going to Jasmine for 4 years and recently had an experience there that has so terrible I’m not going back. It’s always dead there and when I got there no one else was in there. As I ate 3 people flooded in and that cause the establishment to ignore me for 20 mins. I was done with my food waiting for the check and they deliberately ignored me. Wouldn’t step foot NEAR my table, it came to the point where I had to yell at the waitress to come to our table. She didn’t apologize. Didn’t discount our food. She was rude and annoyed by us even though we were the first customers there prior to the others. Unfortunately I will not be going here again.

Went with my girlfriend at 8:45pm, service was quick and friendly. Food came out quick and was very tasty. We both got curry dishes and absolutely loved the flavors. She can’t stop raving about it.

We both asked for spice level 4 of 5, which it definitely wasn’t, but they give you a platter with three spice options: dry chilies, jalapeños, and samba hot sauce, so you can easily adjust to your liking.

This restaurant is life changing. Highly recommend.

Invited by a friend to have lunch here, it was my first and last time🫤 the food was awful, customer service was poor. Overall dining experience was poor. If you’re in the Ventura area and want great authentic Thai food, I highly recommend Chili Basil. You can thank me later.

Chow Mein was amazing, salad was delicious, and it was an overall good time. They also have an amazing appetizer with Tempura Shrimp, an Egg Roll, and a Dumpling! The portion size was also good, with a bit to take home. A great place to visit for any special occasion!

Such fresh and delicious Thai food. Comes out fast! Their menu is extensive and everything is delicious. The boba was hot and fresh too 🤤
