My Jersey Mike's (wish I did own it) is on the corner of Day and Telegraph. First of all, they have the BEST employees EVER!!! Anyone you get is doing a bang up job but get Robin (she's righteous) and Andrew H (appreciate when he looks at me and says miss, what can I get for you). I don't call my order in because I truly enjoy watching all the action and professionalism. Love the #8. There's a huge parking lot, it's clean, and you won't be sorry. Thanks to the whole crew!

We love Jersey Mikes but over the past few weeks every time we’ve tried ordering online, the order gets cancelled after being placed. A couple weeks ago it got canceled and didn’t notify me for 40 minutes. Yes that falls on the app, but why are you listed on the app if you aren’t accepting any orders? I tried calling a couple times to ask about this, but it just kept ringing and nobody picked up.

SIMPLE! My wife went and ordered a #6 footlong w/ American cheese NOT provolone, when she came to my office it was the wrong sandwich, it was a #7 with provolone..I tried to call the number listed for that location at the Pacific view mall 805-650-1853 & it doesn't even work! I'm pissed! I ran over there and talked to ANDREW the most unprofessional stupidvisor. When I got there they also mentioned that the online wasn't working, not that I cared, to add to that they said they only take cash..I didn't order online or paid with a card it was cash anyways. He demanded a receipt..which I didn't have poser off because I ran over there pissed & I wasn't going to run back. This guy said "it's not my fault with the WiFi s***** WHAT!? That has nothing to do with PAYING ATTENTION..it's Simple a #6 buddy just with American cheese instead..he encourage me to ahead and file a complaint, do what you got to do..I wouldn't provide me the correct sandwich because I didn't bring my damn receipt as I ran over there mad already..this location is a JOKE! He was actually acting as if he was MIKE! Simple fix buddy, make me the correct sandwich I paid $15 for it & not going to hurt your pocket, he's a hourly employee & would have a happy customer with a simple fix, but he didn't...his bad attitude & unprofessionalism beyond the wrong order makes post this...I'm going to file a complaint on him..but go to ANY OTHER LOCATION but this one at the Mall! If I was the owner, I'd FIRE HIS A*** This is him because he encouraged it and said "GO AHEAD!" So I encourage yo to not give this location business by all means!! Go to any other one This is so person running this place Thursday June 15th @2:30pm - I'd give no stars if a can..this punk doesn't need to be in the "customer service" field

I really love JM better than SW. I like watching the fresh cut meat coming out of the slicer and making it's way to my sandwich. I almost always get the Club, Mike's Way, all the way. And the regular size is just right for me.

I guess when you ask for a sandwich with no lettuce, you get a lettuce sandwich with pretty much no meat.
Honestly a really good place. I took my family there to get a number 9 off work and the staff are always friendly and quick to help out with my order.

This place used to be good. Great staff. Great manager..now? I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Bunch of kids who just talk the whole time and joke around and don't pay attention. Last 2 times I went in I told the chick what I wanted and she managed to screw it up BOTH times. Never asked if that's what I said just poured oil on the sandwich and I never asked for any. Twice. Today, the kids were busy and he got my sandwich right but then the one who checked me out didn't give me my change. I was looking at the amount and was confused but he took off so fast I couldn't tell him. Probably to go pocket it. Shame what it's turned into. I used to like this place.

I love Jersey Mikes but this location is THE WORST. Had to give a star to post. My order was incorrect 3 times in a row. I tried 2 separate times to order on the doordash app to pick it up, since they were not answering the phone and I didn't have time for a line if it was busy. Since there's not a Mikes way option I added it to notes, both times they didn't read the notes as I got home and realized my order was wrong. After 2nd time I called to mention that the notes seem to not be acknowledged and that the option is not available on app. The manager "assured" me I was wrong...that the notes are always read and that there is an option. Wrong to both! She offered a free sandwich, which didn't even matter at that point. I figured since she offered I'd give them one more chance. I had time to go in and the girl that took my order was rude and not paying attention, so surprise surprise my order was wrong again! I called (kindly) to mention this repetitive issue (same girl answered the phone), before I could even finish telling her anything she interrupted me and proceeded to yell at me, accuse me of wanting a free sandwich and that I was wrong about everything. Then told me if I have such a problem to not eat there or call corporate. Wow!! Though it's just a block from my house I now drive 2-3 miles to go to 1 of 2 other locations. And guess what?? Both others answer their phones, listen to the order, read the notes and don't yell at anyone for their mistakes...despite how busy they are.

Got so much love for this food chain! Went today with the family, shared the giant 15" with my wife, the incredible veggie with mushrooms sauteed with bell peppers & onions on the grill. Whoooo with that spicy-red-chili sauce, & shredded fresh-crispy-lettuce dressed with everything on the board. The rosemary bread, whoa!! ? is Divine. I gotta say this is the best sandwich in town. Thanks for the highest quality of freshness in your Ingredients & friendly service guys. Definitely will be back again real soon.
