I love JM subs. I thought they were impossible to ruin, but I had one ruined today (12/27/25, 1:15pm.) The young lady who assembled the sandwich was very pleasant, but loaded so much oregano and what tasted like black pepper on the sub that it was inedible. Anyone else there at the same time have the same experience?

I had an amazing sandwich, chicken bacon ranch, it had a great flavor to it while being filling and a lower price than subway. I like it more. The people making sandwiches seemed as if they enjoyed their job which made the mood and atmosphere better. 5/5 my favorite fast food sandwich.

This is the best Jersey Mike's in ventura! The food is always made with love. Because the people that work here seem to actually care. Even if it's inconvenient for me.I will still drive out of my way to come to this one

Today was my best all-time experience, at our Ventura, CA favorite sammy-sub-shop. Our three giant subs, with special orders and extras, was made so by the fabulous sammy artisans, who helped today. I was charmed and impressed, by the crew working this May 21, late afternoon (4:30ish). Kudos. Huzzah, and give these kind folks a bonus and a raise, because they are doing Jersey Mike’s right. Cheers

I stopped by Jersey Mike’s during a super busy lunch rush with a line out the door, and I was really impressed by how well Robin/Robyn managed everything. She kept the team organized, stayed calm under pressure, and even handled minor mistakes with professionalism. Despite the rush, she made sure everything kept moving smoothly, and customers got their food quickly. Great leadership and teamwork from the Jersey Mikes team at this location. I’ll be coming back 👍

Wanted a casual dinner with family and ordered six sandwiches. All the orders were prepared quickly and tasted great. Lots of parking available in a large lot. Very convenient off a main street.

Everything about this place is great except for the price, which has stopped me from returning.

They are really slow and the person taking your order, talks too much & is slow. Especially during lunch time.. it took them 20 minutes to make a sandwich with five workers and there was only two people in front of me.

It is not often to find such delicate foods to warm the tastebuds such as thee. I was once a lonely high school student, eating plate after plate of boring french fries to keep my calories up. One day, I order a #9 from Jersey Mikes.
They say a man cries 3 times in his life: When he is born, when his child is born, and when he takes the first bite of a Jersey Mike's sub sandwich. I was that man. The experience of going here and washing it down with an exclusive Root Beer and Cream Soda offer an intangible yet pleasant experience for the mind, body, and the soul. Soft atmosphere with good music, and a responsive crew that aren't afraid to ask questions or fix problems when needed. I can now never go back to my old days of french fry plates or Subway Sandwiches because I cannot fathom the awful taste they leave. I must move onto greener pastures. Green as in Oregano, served with Salt, Olive oil, and Red Wine Vinegar on top of my sandwich. With Jersey Mikes, a man is happy, fat, and thriving. Without it he is bleak, lonely, woe begone wretch, hourly expecting death. Thank you Jersey Mikes, for saving my life.

Went here today and they ran out of bread...I have never been to a jersey mike's where they run out of bread. Had to wait 30 minutes for ALL the bread to be made. Also my friend and I waited ate at the same time for us to both at the same time had to go to the bathroom... this location not sure if they're deli had been sitting out or something else.
