Jersey Mike's Subs

Today was my best all-time experience, at our Ventura, CA favorite sammy-sub-shop. Our three giant subs, with special orders and extras, was made so by the fabulous sammy artisans, who helped today. I was charmed and impressed, by the crew working this May 21, late afternoon (4:30ish). Kudos. Huzzah, and give these kind folks a bonus and a raise, because they are doing Jersey Mike’s right. I stopped by Jersey Mike’s during a super busy lunch rush with a line out the door, and I was really impressed by how well Robin/Robyn managed everything. She kept the team organized, stayed calm under pressure, and even handled minor mistakes with professionalism. Despite the rush, she made sure everything kept moving smoothly, and customers got their food quickly. Great leadership and teamwork from the Jersey Mikes team at this location. I’ll be coming back 👍

They are really slow and the person taking your order, talks too much & is slow. Especially during lunch time.. it took them 20 minutes to make a sandwich with five workers and there was only two people in front of me.

It is not often to find such delicate foods to warm the tastebuds such as thee. I was once a lonely high school student, eating plate after plate of boring french fries to keep my calories up. One day, I order a #9 from Jersey Mikes.
They say a man cries 3 times in his life: When he is born, when his child is born, and when he takes the first bite of a Jersey Mike's sub sandwich. I was that man. The experience of going here and washing it down with an exclusive Root Beer and Cream Soda offer an intangible yet pleasant experience for the mind, body, and the soul. Soft atmosphere with good music, and a responsive crew that aren't afraid to ask questions or fix problems when needed. I can now never go back to my old days of french fry plates or Subway Sandwiches because I cannot fathom the awful taste they leave. I must move onto greener pastures. Green as in Oregano, served with Salt, Olive oil, and Red Wine Vinegar on top of my sandwich. With Jersey Mikes, a man is happy, fat, and thriving. Without it he is bleak, lonely, woe begone wretch, hourly expecting death. Thank you Jersey Mikes, for saving my life.

Went here today and they ran out of bread...I have never been to a jersey mike's where they run out of bread. Had to wait 30 minutes for ALL the bread to be made. Also my friend and I waited ate at the same time for us to both at the same time had to go to the bathroom... this location not sure if they're deli had been sitting out or something else.

Great job guys!!!! You were packed and ran out of bread. You all handled it so professionally and with ease. Hey S$1T happens!!! I didn’t even mind waiting since ours closed in Ojai. You even gave me a drink while I waited for the bread to bake. A++++++ Great Team!!

What happened to Jersey Mike's sub above. I come in almost every Monday to this Jersey Mike's and they don't act like they even care or know who you are. I order the same thing every time asking for soft wheat giant number 7. I asked for soft because nobody wants to bite into a overcooked sandwich. What if the employees had a smile or really acted like they cared about their job? Not only are they trying to build my sandwich but two other customer sandwiches at the same time so why is it that the giant sandwich gets roughly the same amount of meat as a regular?
You would think that they would appreciate the repeat business every week coming in buying a giant $17.50 sandwich

I got the largest size sub which had the same amount of fillings as a regular size sub. I don’t like being ripped off. The bread was also not fresh.

Wish they had better fountain drink choices like healthy , natural lemonade or tea. Service was nice, nice employees, clean store , nice area. Will go back again. Not sure if the seating out front is theirs but looks like it is for place next to it....more outside chairs would be good ?

Vegetarian options: I like that I can just get a veggie sandwich.

Terrible bad service, the staff couldn't help me with my sandwich, it was on the menu, there was a photo, yet they didn't help me, it's the first time
