I'm a big fan of sandwiches and I've eaten at quite a few Places. Every time I return to whatever location of Jersey Mike's it makes me wonder why do I go anywhere else. Their subs are superb nice tender meat veggies and great service. In particular this Jersey Mike's has I Incredible Service. The service is top-notch the personnel and knowledgeable and are extremely healthy. If you want to be totally satisfied no matter what your selection may be run don't walk to this place it's just great.

Went into Jersey Mike's today if I can give him a zero or a -10 I would because that's what they deserve walked in the young girl assisted somebody else there's another girl behind her cooking. There's another kid cleaning up and I'm waiting. I'm waiting and waiting the manager comes up says have you been helped. I said no I haven't. She was talking to help you And she goes. I told him what I wanted to order and she tells the kid that was cleaning to take my order so she walks to the back. The kid continues to clean leaves me there. There's two other people waiting. I'm still waiting and the young girl then goes to the other guy instead of starting my sandwich and starts helping him and I said hey what's going on I've been waiting here 15 minutes already. I'm you guys need to get your act together , this is a customer oriented service and you're a business. How can you just leave me hanging there and not have any concern for your customers horrible service the worst service I've experienced this before. I'm never gonna go to this place again this is the second time and if they can't fix it, you know that falls on the manager not training their employees properly

This JM is the best. I come in for my lunch break maybe once a week and the guys are always really professional and attentive. I order online and they always have my order ready earlier than the pickup time.

I was at this location today, which is ALWAYS a circus being led by the staff. There is an employee whom I've never seen before, female with dark makeup and tattoos on her arms, I forgot to ask her what her name was. She was super cool, calm and collected. However, one of the employees behind the counter, Evan, got confused when making 3 sandwiches and immediately became upset and walked to the back, ditching all of his coworkers in the meantime! They had to scramble to take his place, which was at the ingredient area, where they put all the vegetables on the sandwiches. He said to them "When you guys figure this out, I'll come back up, because I have NO idea what is going on." I think this location either could train up Even a bit better so that he doesn't have meltdowns in front of customers, or show him the door. I wish I would've gotten the other employee's name to praise the good job she was doing despite being a bit busy. I've decided to write a review for this place each time I see something that should never happen in front of customers. Last time I was here, one of the employees tried to follow an angry customer out to the parking lot to try to physically fight her! Either reform your hiring process or just close this place down. No one wants to watch your employees act like preteens!

Everything was delicious but they charge way to much for extra meat on the giant sub for me not seeing any difference. The service was quick and reliable though which is always good.

I got the largest size sub which had the same amount of fillings as a regular size sub. I don’t like being ripped off. The bread was also not fresh.

Wish they had better fountain drink choices like healthy , natural lemonade or tea. Service was nice, nice employees, clean store , nice area. Will go back again. Not sure if the seating out front is theirs but looks like it is for place next to it....more outside chairs would be good ?Vegetarian options: I like that I can just get a veggie sandwich.

There are a lot of negative reviews for this location, but if you want a delicious sub, this is the place for it. The wait can be annoying, but that's because so many people want these subs! I just went in for a pick up order and yes I had to wait, but if you have common sense you can see that it is because they're so popular. There were 4 guys working very hard to attend to everyone. They were making the sandwiches as fast yet thoroughly as possible and attending to everyone very politely. As for the sandwiches, I have been a Jimmy John's gal for quite some time, but after so many lackluster subs, I had to give JM's a try. The difference is remarkable- Jersey Mike's subs are fatties packed with whatever you want. So fresh and flavorful.

Always feel welcome at Jersey Mike's. As soon as I walk in the door there's a friendly Hi and smile. The store is clean, the work surfaces are well maintained as well. It's always a pleasure to stop in and pick up a freshly made and delicious sandwich.

I tried to get take out but the lady in charge named Robin wanted to argue with me and tell me I was wrong for calling the white bread Italian.. And she wouldn't stop and said something that gave me the impression that she was calling me ignorant, Which I may be but I still need to eat.. I came here to order 4 large sandwiches which I do once a week which I won't do ever again, only because of Robin.. Who says she's in charge..
