I can't say that the meats tasted top quality. But overall it was pretty good sandwich just a bit pricey

Had a problem ordering online through seamless unknown error .so I was pressed for time call the store directly young man on the phone understood my delima and said no problem took my order and it was fresh n ready by the time I got there took me 10 min BTW

Woah. I know times are hard. But the lady at the counter who borderlined screamed that they couldn’t wrap my sandwich separately just wow. She was rude when I entered and didn’t greet me. Which is fine. I get it. But for her next interaction to be hostile was interesting. And she made sure to greet everyone else after getting excited about a white piece of parchment paper. And I think she felt silly when I then needed a extra sandwich the exact same way (because kids are funny and argue over the smallest of things, and I choose my battles wisely). Everyone else working Friday 10/17/25 at 11am was very friendly and visibly embarrassed at her reaction.

I’ve never had a problem getting my sandwich wrapped separately. And if this is something that’s not allowed, okay. But there are better ways to go about it.

Update: I’ve emailed heather and have not received any sort of response or anything. I’ve gone to a different jersey mikes since this incident and was not yelled for my same request.

Ordered on Line & still took 40 minutes to get the order filled. Stood there waiting in front of them, getting ignored.

I’ve always loved Jersey Mike’s—it’s my go-to sub spot. But it really depends on the location when it comes to fresh bread. This last order, unfortunately, was a miss. The bread was stale, and there was so much oil and vinegar that it soaked through the wrapping and the bag. I still love the brand, but I wish there was more consistency from store to store.😥

Love they have added bowls ( same sandwich ingredients) only chopped with added lettuce in a bowl. Great, now that I must not eat any flour (bread).

I like this location. There’s sandwiches are super delicious. I highly recommend them especially the turkey sandwich and get it Mike’s way super yummy.

Ordered a mini tuna. It was quick and delicious. ❤️

This Jersey Mike's has gone downhill. It used to be good but now they regularly mess up our order. Like today I got cheese bread on the bottom slice and white on the top bread.

One employee also was having a power trip and yelled at a customer for getting ice and water in a small cantina. Mind you they were getting three subs and it's hot today. He was one of the guys working at 11:30 slicing the meat. Black hair, lighter complexion.

They regularly take forever now too. Like most of the time, I am waiting at least 30 minutes for my order that I preordered on the app. Overall the one on telegraph is way better. Sucks that this is the closest one to us.

Some days you get friendly staff, sometimes you get robots. I get it, they get really busy and need to get don't to business quickly but a smile would still be nice.

Yummy food . Gave 4 stars cause my sandwich was loaded with the vinegar . They don’t accept any bills larger than $20 so heads up
