I did like this place, but they have seriously fallen off lately - even if you order online, you will wait 30 minutes or more for your mediocre over- processed sandwich. This experience has taught me to make my sandwiches at home. They’re way better and more delicious, so thank you I guess for being so bad at your business. Otherwise I’d still be eating your subpar food- and they just don’t care

Found a hair in my sandwich. Employees do not care at all. Store is dirty. Worst Jersey mikes franchise I’ve ever been to. Takes them over 30 mins to make a hot sub since staff moves slower than molasses uphill on a cold day.

I ordered a #56 with no peppers on DoorDash….sandwich came with none of the other fillings as well. Should have come with onions, jalapeños & mushrooms but was made without anything. Very disappointed as I used to work for a Jersey mikes and the order tickets really aren’t hard to read…

This is the worst location we have ever frequented. Years ago, they were phenominal, however, due to new staff, it has gone down drastically. The supervisor, Ethan, is rude and arrogant.
We ordered 7 sandwiches that cost over $120. When we got home, NONE of them were labeled so we had to open every single one until we each found ours. There were two bags, but instead of putting the hot sandwiches together and the cold together, they mixed them in BOTH bags. I called to let them know that this was not the first time this had happened and Ethan cut me off before I even got through a sentence. He gave me lip service saying that they must have been busy so they didn't have time to label the sandwiches. There was NO ONE ELSE in the store when we picked up the order. The people working were rude as well. I didn't even bother calling the next day - this has been the norm for months now. Several locations have come and gone over the last ten years, I am SHOCKED that this one is still open. The only thing I can think of is that since it is often the only one open, people don't have any other choice. Luckily, there are many other restaurants that offer similar sandwhiches.

My mom had the worst experience at this location. She went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time today and it was treated so poorly by the manager, who was cutting the bread in the meat at that time. My mom was with my son who only told my mom that he liked it. Mike’s way . The manager had no patience for my mom and didn’t take the time to explain anything. I understand that it was a lunch rush, but that was no reason to yell at her and make her feel like she was stupid. I already emailed corporate, but I’m gonna make sure I share this experience with everyone.
