Genuinely don’t even think this place is open? I drove down from SB and the lights were off and the door was closed and I called today and no one picked up.

I read the Food Four stars for inconsistency in quality. Sometimes when I have a Jimmy John's sub it's quite delicious everything is perfect. Sometimes it's very sub-perfect. (Forgive my pun) I think they have quality control issues. Most of the time the food is good, but not always. Today I ordered the BLT and the bacon was soft and soggy. Not crispy as usual.

Finally, the best sandwich shop in America has toasted sandwiches! So hot you really have to let them cool down first!

First of all, my sandwiches that I ordered were not done correctly. You have a combative manager, that states that she can give an attitude to customers and she refused to fix my situation. She swears that she provided me the correct sandwich and she did not. She didn't Jimmy It Up the sandwiches and there was slim turkey on the number 4 sandwich. Also, the male employee was providing some exposure of skin by having his pants hang down and showing his behind. That restaurant lost its cleanliness and respect for customers. There is no customer service and care when you buy sandwiches there. Watch out for hygiene as well. You wouldn't want to get sick and god forbid you get a sandwich done incorrectly because they will tell you that they did exactly what you asked.

Worthless location. Took over 30mins for 2 sandwiches to be made wrong. Then told to drive back 20 minutes away to have them remake them. Would rather make my own from a grocery store.

I ordered a simple sandwich. Turkey cheese and lettuce. To my surprise, there was no turkey on my sub. How is this a $12 sandwich? This is absolutely unacceptable!!

Waited almost 30 minutes for our sandwiches, after they told us it would only be a 5 minute wait. There was only two people working behind the counter and neither of them seemed like they knew what they were doing. Also our sandwiches were extra crispy on the bottom for some reason reason.

Food is great as always but they are the slowest Jimmie John’s I’ve ever been to. They repeatedly kept taking new customers telling them it’s a “5-10 minute wait” when it took 25 minutes to get 2 subs. They were working a catering order when we showed up but they should tell customers that and give them a more realistic estimation of time . It can’t be 5-10 minutes for everyone. They also had orders come out in the wrong order. 2 people got there food before I was served even tho I ordered first. Hire more people and quote an accurate wait times.

Just grabbed a chicken Cesar wrap from there and this is my second time and they pretty much gave me lettuce with a hint of chicken. The gal said it’s portioned out but this wrap definitely is not the same as when I got it like a month ago.

First time there. Staff were friendly and food was prepared quickly. Sandwiches were delicious. Would definitely check out the Jimmy John's in Ventura.

Jimmy John's is my favorite for quick, healthier comfort food options. HOWEVER, the delivery option at the Ventura store always seems to be a hassle for me. I always write down very specific instructions for the drivers because I live in a complex. Today, I gave my driver very specific directions over the phone, told to her to stay put and walked around the complex looking for her. I eventually received a notification saying my order was delivered but it never was. I called her and she said she delivered it to my unit and would text me a confirmation of the delivery. It never came. The delivery was through Uber and the employee I spoke with on the phone was polite and said she would refund my order. I feel awful giving this review but the driver didn't seem to care to make it right when I called her after telling her she didn't deliver order to the wrong unit.
Order food for company, not only was the sandwhiches ridicoulsy smaller, but the sides they say are for 20 people feed maybe half that. Over all I feel this place is a dumpster fire waiting to explode. I would go some where else unless you want to be lied to and ripped off.

Wack sandwich
I actually applied to be a manager there. The interviewer says there are 3 manager positions open but then informs me, I have to start at the bottom. In other words they are advertising a manager position, but wants you to take a sandwich makers position. I'm pretty sure that's a bait and switch. I am very disappointed in the owner of the franchise. I'm not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure that's illegal.

Gave only a single portion of roast beef and no provolone. Y’all are skimping either trying to pinch pennies or improperly making sandwiches. Used to work for JJ’s, guess it’s going downhill.
