Like all the other reviews this place has terrible customer service since new ownership or whatever happened, the food is still okay, the trip tip use to be hand sliced and when I went they were machine slicing like it was just ham , I honestly don’t go anymore because I’m scared to order food I feel like I’m an inconvenience.

Food is DELICIOUS. Every. Single. Time. They usually have a line waiting to order. The tri tip is always tender, usually always juicy (one time it was a bit dryer than usual). The BBq sauce is very flavorful, the consistency is not thick. The flavor is a tiny bit sweet with just the right spicy kick.

This is my favorite spot to come get some solid bbq and best sauce I ever had but I guess they closed down out of nowhere unfortunately.. used to come all the way from Santa Barbara but now i guess it ain’t an option anymore
BBQ here - super tasty. service is always excellent even when they have a full house. had a sister come into town and asked me to take her here again. the place has a nice feel to it.

I write this with sadness. I have been coming here for years. I came for the tender meat, the hot sauce and the service. And now we are no longer coming back because of the dry meat, and the service. I do feel like I am bothering the workers by ordering food. The wait time is ridiculous and the service is so slow it is painful. I asked for salad because there was none in the fridge and the guy told me to ask the other guy for it. He came out with only two knowing there are other customers who might need some too. They also run out of meat regularly. Once the guy said it was because it was close to closing time. Closing time was an 1 and 30 mins away! Another time I was over charged too. It seems like there is an issue every time I go. I miss the old days. Only a miracle can fix these issues!

Honestly so sad to write this review. This place was so special to my fiance and I. It was one of our favorite spots to eat at and he used to come here with his brother and friends also. Now I will probably never eat here again.
