They got some of my items missing, and when I tried to call them they didn’t respond at all. Online order picked up and because I am already tired from work I just realized that I got an incomplete order.

I am not surprise by the other comments stating that the customer service is really bad. I made an online order pick up during lunch time but had to wait for at least 10 minutes for someone to aknowledge me. They never aknowledge me, I had to request for my food to me handed to me while they were doing something else. It seems that they are focusing mostly on the drive-tru more and no one attends the front area inside. I was not happy that I had to wait so long after I already orderd ahead of time.

Worst customer service experience probably in my entire life. Nobody behind the counter even looks in your direction. The lady I spoke to acted like she was too good to speak to me and when she did I couldn't even understand what she said. I walked out and left because It was obvious the people behind the counter did not care about providing quality customer service. Management if you care at all you can review the tape, I walked out without ordering anything at 12.57pm on 11/26/25.

My ex girlfriend wrote a review on here but deleted it because of backlash, this is my take on this kfc location. It's clean the food is the regular kfc nothing to complain about but the service, oh man the service is honestly horrible here. I pickup door dashes from this location and I eat at this location. Whether I'm picking up a doordash order or grabbing some food here. The employees are extremely rude. The women from that work here say mean things about you while your standing right there something that ive read in other reviews so that is a fact. It's not all the girls just a few. They also take forever on your order when there's 4 employees and literally no one in there and made me wait over 15 minutes once. The guys there on the other hand see me at the counterand are always helpful and extremely nice so idk what's going on which this is another thing I noticed in other bad reviews so this must be factual. If your getting paid $20 an hour just try to be nice, helpful, and do your job. I don't get how that's so hard?

How do you get overcooked chicken tenders and undercooked breading at the time? Easy, you DONT shake up the basket to separate the tenders so they all stick together and then you have clumps of undercooked breading. Chicken somehow felt like rubber. This is my personal experience. Not sure if someone had a bad day. Still gonna order again. I love KFC as a franchise.

Extremely poor service. Left me waiting outside for 5 minutes without taking my order in the drive thru. Girl at the window was VERY rude. Much more worried about how she looked and then proceeded to talk about me while I was at the window. Taking and laughing at the rest of the crew because I was left waiting and asked for a discount. She mouthed the word “no” to the manager before she asked for the discount. I was parked and waited outside for 6 minutes like they asked. Went inside and waited 13 minutes. The girl at the window was giving me dirty looks the whole time. Bizarre behavior and bad service and worse food.
The chicken was way under cooked , service was slow and seemed not ready for customers. I will try a different location next time

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, perhaps I've been one of the lucky ones. I order online (the app has great deals) and pick up. I lowered the rating to 4 stars because I have to wait sometimes (the horror!). They seem to be short-staffed so maybe we can show a little patience.

The food was mostly as expected, but the service was non-existent. The register was closed, with a sign saying to use the kiosk, which I can understand if maybe they were understaffed. But the staff completely ignored all of the guests in the restaurant, including us. The only exception to this was when they were handing us our food. At one point there were 3 of us (guests) standing patiently at the counter because we needed help. We had all already ordered using the kiosk. I had never received the drinks for my order, sauces, or the plasticware to eat our food. There were 3 separate employees that looked over at the counter more than once, so they definitely saw us waiting patiently. Every time they looked over they proceeded to turn their backs on us without saying a word. After several minutes of this I finally spoke up and called someone over, so I finally got what I needed. When the employee was done helping me they didn't even check with the other 2 guests which obviously needed help as well. So I spoke up again and told the employee that these people were also waiting to be helped. I'm not sure if they just have a poor training program or if the restaurant is just poorly managed, but I will not be back. I should also mention that half of the tables were dirty, the trash was overflowing, and there was no ice in the soda fountain ice dispenser.
