The food is really good here, but omg the service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced in Ventura County. First, we were sat down at a table that was so visibly dirty (soy sauce and food crumbs on the table). I asked for a towel to wipe the table down and our server just stared at me like a deer in headlights…so that was already weird. Then, after 20 min, our order was finally taken. The server took my order, but then left in the middle of taking our order…ok weird...
Kuu Sushi has rocketed to the top of the local sushi rankings for my wife and I. The service is warm and welcoming. The portions are generous and the fish is fresh. We’ve been happy with everything we’ve ordered.

This was my first time at Kuu. Won't be my last time. Sincerely enjoyed the food and the environment. Everything was tasty.
