Quality isn't what it used to be when they first opened. Food just doesn't taste very fresh. The pita bread on my gyro was dried out and hard. Meat was dry. Fries were bland and tasteless. On a positive note, though, the dining area always seems very clean....even the restrooms.

I got there about 5 minutes early for my take-out and I was told my orders not ready. Which is fine so I waited. I waited for about 25 minutes. Went back to the front and asked if they can check on the order. The lady at the front said I think it's over there. It was sitting on a shelf. Maybe they called me and I didn't hear, but why just let me wait there for food that's ready? She knew it was my food right after I asked.. and I was sitting right there.. why not just tell me?.. that's just simple customer service. Even though my food was cold it still tasted good so the cooks deserve praise and are the only reason I'm not giving a one star.

Cashier older woman with short red hair and tattoos on her arm didn't have too great of an attitude, and also snatched the money out of my hand Quickly in an impolite way, chicken was good, everything else on the plate was terrible. Rice has no flavor, salad dressing is gross.

Horrible attitude from the colored hair lady taking orders, but had a different attitude for the white collar white people, place is also expensive for no reason. There are better gyro places that are cheaper, also a bunch of empty ketchup bottles

I ordered the loaded fries tonight and Liddy helped me out. Great customer service. I accidentally ordered the loaded fries and forgot to add gyro meat. I realized my mistake and asked if I could get it on my fries, no such luck bc Luna doesn’t have a button for that, which really frustrating. I would have had to order a la carte gyro meat for 12-13$ if liddy hadn’t helped me out. Appreciate the customer service but Luna needs to update there POS system.

It's a great spot for a quick, affordable, and tasty lunch. Everything was clean, the restaurant is bright yet cozy, and the booth we sat in was super comfortable. Carlos, who workes there, was awesome - friendly and helpful - and the food was made hot and fresh.

Had the modern Greek salad… so much fresh vibrant ingredients! Honestly the healthiest place around the block and a bang for your buck! Fast casual situation don’t have to wait for the check! Noah and the staff was so pleasant! Will return when hungry! ?????
