You ever just know a place is going to be good based on the atmosphere down to the dude out front cooking up all the meats? Even before taking a bite out of your food? Yea...that's this place. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My family and I came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Originally, we had planned to go to Busters OG ( one of the best barbecue places in Ventura) but unfortunately, they had closed early.
The first time we come eat here and it will be the last!!!The food looked and smelled good but it was literally cold!!! Two of my boys had the Combo Plate and the rest of us had the Tri Tip Sandwich Combo. My husband went to tell the server, nicely, that the food was cold. The server told the “cook,” that our food was cold, he laughed so hard that even we heard him from our table. This is NOT good customer service. We ate as much as we could but left a good portion uneaten. What a waste of our time and money. I hope non of us get sick!!! If you plant to check it out or eat here, be very careful! We do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

I ordered three beef ribs for 20.00. Hardly any meat on them. I ordered three more ribs for 20.00. Full of meat. They obviously gave me the bottom of the barrel on my first order. I complained but with no response.

Today the food was delicious but when it was time to pay the person who served me was very annoying, she doesn't know how to serve the customer, it was like 1pm, she doesn't know how to serve the customer, she is racist

The food was excellent and the service was good. I would come back. I had th beef ribs with Mac and cheese and Mac salad. It was so good almost didn’t need the sauce.
