The McConnell's Fine ice cream on E Main St in Ventura ROCKS. The staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable about the ice cream, and seem to care about the customer. I am from N.C. and tried all of the locations from Santa Barbara to here. Stopped in today as we are headed home and picked up 3 trays for the freezer. Great ice cream!!!!!
Absolutely exceptional service... I didn't catch the name of the guy behind the counter, but his attention to detail, willingness to assist, desire to ensure satisfaction and complete overall approach to customer service was top shelf stuff.

Best ice cream on the west coast period. The richest most distinct flavors. Eureka lemon and Turkish coffee are my favorites, absolutely incredible
