The food wasnt great this visit and the person at the second window handed me the food and was so rude . He never even looked at me when I asked about our order and it was wrong and we got charged for extra sauce that wasn't given to us . But the guy taking the money at the first window was nice and always is .I think it was just an off night for them .

Ordered 3 of the same breakfast platters and they only gave 1 platter complete with everything . The other two platters only came with pancake and an egg. They even made us wait for the food .. why even hand it out when the food wasn't complete..

We’ve visited this location several times, and unfortunately, we’ve consistently encountered issues with our orders. Our most recent visit was no different — the food was prepared sloppily, with sauce leaking out of the wrapper.
While we’ve interacted with a few team members who were respectful and provided good customer service, we’ve also had experiences with staff who were rude and dismissive in their tone.
Sadly, it seems that every visit results in a negative experience, which is disappointing.

Been going here since I was a kid. This place is warm and cozy, food is great, service very attentive and warm. It feels nice spending money with a local business. 10/10
Edit: The above was my review from many years ago. This place has single-handedly made me lose hope for decent working zoomers. They give my zoomer brother a bad rep by being the exact definition of how the other generations majorly look at them. Lazy, lackadaisical, unaware, don't know when to take things serious (like a job), have no pride in anything that they do. The tldr in my situation is; Mobile order made it in my spot punched in my number. Waited for 25 minutes and then ended up going inside. Watched two other people being there for the exact same reason. The lady that finally helped us only came to greet us after one of the people waiting spoke loudly to get her attention- we all chimed in when we explained our issue and lady went and fixed the person that got her attentions order. And then never came back. Me and the other person waiting had to flag someone down, my order and the other guy's order was just sitting there on the counter getting cold. I get home. I'm about to eat everything and the order is completely wrong. I'm missing an item mods and items weren't reflected. I could overlook all of that if they were busy but they were not.
I'm the kind of guy that only calls corporate to give accolades cuz I'm I've always known that very seldom do corporate offices get calls representing thanks. Sadly this experience will change that character trait about me.
This place used to be rocking, and I remember calling the corporate office and giving thanks to a manager on duty. Just for how nice and awesome the place was. She later got a promotion, became a regional manager, maybe they'll call her back to whoop these kids into shape or replace them.
