If I could give it 0 I would. I worked at this exact location. And this employee literally said it takes 24 hours to brew SWEET TEA! I ordered sweet tea on the app. And said I was holding up the line when I was waiting in line for an hour for SWEET TEA!

COLD HASH BROWNS AND THE FOOD SMELLED SO BAD. It stunk up my car and even overpowered the new scented tree I bought for my new car. I could not even take a bite the minute I put my mouth on it the smell hit me the facility needs to be inspected. Waste of 12 bucks

I believe this is the Mcdonalds that doesn't provide employees to take your order at the counter. Instead, you crowd around a kiosk in the lobby to input your order which takes much longer. It's stupid to eliminate employees in place of machines. I don't like the lack of service. I personally won't return to any fast food place that operates in this way.

I strongly recommend avoiding this location! I’ve been coming here occasionally for the past 30 years—about once every one-to-two months—but after today’s experience, I won’t be returning. My niece wanted McDonald’s, so we stopped by, only to find that everything has changed for the worse. They didn't allow in-person ordering, half the lobby smelled like a bathroom, and they shut down the self-serve soda station with a sign over it while also refusing to give refills. If the last note is a nationwide policy, I’m done with McDonald’s altogether. But if it’s just this location, I’d rather brave the chaos of the Buena High School lunch rush location in East Ventura than come back here. If you feel like McDonalds while in Ventura, go to the other 2 locations. The only silver lining? The fries were actually better than usual.

I ordered on the app while at a table, so I was sitting down before it was ready. By the time I got it, ALL of my food was cold. The fries were half full, and they wanted to charge me for ONE sauce. I get getting multiples and having to pay for them then, but they wouldn't give me one without nickel-and-diming me.

Got me some hash brown and an egg and sausage McMuffin before heading to Channel Island’s national park. McDonald’s is always reliable. This location is opened 24/7 and I was here at6:30 am.
The double fish filet is the best. Don’t like using g kiosk to order, customer services is missed!

I will never come back to this McDonald's again. I was on a raod trip(6 hour drive) and after about 2 1/2 hours pulled over to let Mt kids stretch their legs and get something to eat. Right off the bat there are no employees at the counter, you have to order through the kiosk or mobile order, but there was an employee helping elderly use the kiosk, so idk why they wouldn't just keep at least one employee available with a cash register for people who don't want to or don't know how or can't use the kiosk. Then no refills. They even put a McDonald's decorated cardboard over the fountain station so people can't get refills. Wtf. Never coming back here. Thankfully I don't live in this area, where this is my only options. But the sound employees however were all very kind. No play structure or tablet like games for this kids.
