Placed a mobile order here, got our fries first, then I asked for ketchup. The guy didn’t answer me. He just asked us to start waiting at a reserved spot. Later when another guy gave us the rest of our food, we asked if there was ketchup inside, he said they don’t have package ketchup anymore. Maybe because it’s a busy area for walk ins? Luckily the rest of the food was correct. We were here for the nearby beach.

Got me some hash brown and an egg and sausage McMuffin before heading to Channel Island’s national park. McDonald’s is always reliable. This location is opened 24/7 and I was here at6:30 am.

After 3 days at the Ventura Fairgrounds hosting a Scottish tent we were pretty burned out. This covienently located McD's was on the way back to our hotel.
The service was excellent as I was acknowledged & helped quickly. I walked in because the drive thru was packed. I pay with cash & had a question.
It was busy inside too, but you can order from the boards.
Unfortunately while the dining room had plenty of seating, it was really dirty....
