Menchies in Ventura is a fantastic spot! The fruits are always fresh, and the yogurts are delicious without being too sweet. Plus, the place is always super clean, and the staff is friendly, making the whole experience really enjoyable. Highly recommend! šš¦š

MENCHIEāS is fabulous!!! THIS IS NOT MENCHIES! It was shocking how quickly this interesting concoction melted immediately and was gritty with no taste. MENCHIEāS is delicious! I was surprised when no one was in there on a Friday night. WHAT A MESS!

The Yogurt was water down and melted as soon as it poured in the bowl. The flavors where so so the toppings where okay . The Owener attitude was very rude. She doesnāt even say thank you for coming.

I donāt usually review chains butā¦woof. This location is awful, and Iāve unfortunately had consistently bad experiences here!The owner is almost never at the register (as one of the other reviewers mentioned, she has been in the back room on her cell phone 4/5 of the times Iāve visited), her attitude is support apathetic and unhelpful, and the froyo in the machines almost always comes out a little melty.Then, when I visited yesterday specifically, I had two very weird and off-putting interactions. First, I came in with an email promo and when I presented it, she said āOh, I had no idea we were doing this right now. Alright. Iāll just honor itā which I found a bit unprofessional despite being glad that she choose to honor the promo that her business was publicly advertising.Then, as we were adding our toppings, she walked over to my 8-year-old and I to say, āDonāt use the larger cups next time unless youāre going to fill them up all the way. I have to pay more for those so itās really only worth it if itās getting filled all the way up.ā The cups were teal blue and covered in polka dots, and were each half-fullā¦ either way though, it was once again a super unprofessional interaction. Obviously, the better move would be to put up a friendly sign near where you grab the cups or something if itās that big of a concern.Bummer that weāll need to either go to the further location or another business altogether the next time that weāre wanting froyo!

No working restroom. Sketchy person running the place. Refused to scan Menchies app code for points, but still had the Menchies cups with the QR code on them to put the yogurt in. Refused to use the Menchies gift card I had because system was supposedly down, but was fine with using my credit card. All that bs makes me not trust that the yogurt and the toppings were very safe/sanitary. Avoid this place.
Your online hours are lying. This location literally closes at 8pm, not 9:30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We've been calling and no one answers

I love love love this ice cream place! The creamy rosewater is my favorite and they have great customer service! I love the chocolate dipped waffle cones, and when they didn't have any today, Martin Specifically custom made me one on the spot! I really appreciate this place and the extra effort they go to!
