If you want good service they are not the spot to get your order. It took forever to receive my order and the staff seemed irritable at best. The bagel was on the sweet side too.

take ‘NY bagel’ out of the name, place sucks dude, for that i must award only one star. bagels are ok though. i got served egg shells in my BEC on a couple occasions. i really did want to like this place but no. in a pinch a poppy seed bagel would be fine.

Every time I come here they get my order wrong, even if it’s an item from their menu with no substitutions. Ordered online today and payed extra for multiple things that I didn’t even get. Did not substitute what I asked for or add what I asked for. Waste of money

Order online and through the app is never available. They turn off this option every morning, which sort of defeats the purpose of having the ability to order ahead.l Stopped going there because this option is no longer available

I thought i walked in on them closing because there was no one inside or working register but the very nice guy with glasses making sandwiches reassured me lol then took my order made my order all in like 5mins i loved that he totally made my day!

Always done right NYC style I've been lucky to have traveled to the majestic concrete beautiful massive NYC & loved the city people building's &especially their food & they have thy BEST bagels there by far the best Noah's NY Bagels are no exception devilishly delicious yum.
