I love bagels and bagel sandwiches and Noahs has always been a fave. I am disappointed that the atmosphere at this location seems to have slipped. More importantly, I am surprised that they do not toast the bagel for the sandwiches, or at least offer.Maybe I will buy my bagels there to make my own sandwiches.

The bagels themselves are really good, microwaving eggs, not so much. I get it, it's just how it is out here. I'm just not used to it..(from the Bronx). My main issue with Noah's is it is so SLOW. You have this online order option but then you go and the staff's back is always to you until you get lucky when one of them happens to turn around and you let them know you're picking up. My solution? Identify ONE person who's primary job is handling online orders and helping on the line is a secondary. Other than that the staff is always really nice, and I've been coming here since I moved out here in 2018.

They won't allow you to ask questions and just let other people go get your order just right after asking if they had my order ready. Guy with ear gauges/tunnels is disrespectful and dismissive of questions. Register lady just rolls her eyes when asked the most basic question: "What're your favorite sandwich bagels here?". They remade our order but still missed a bunch of things.Go here if you like your order to take 50 mins of your time and your servers being disrespectful.P. S. I don't know why I still tipped. ?

Excellent coffee and yummy bagels. We also got a couple of breakfast sandwiches. The bagel was so fresh and soft that kids loved it and we did too. We are from NY from but finding this spot in Ventura , CA was a welcome treat.

I ordered a bagel a few weeks ago PLAIN and they gave it to me slathered in cream cheese.I ordered two bagel sandwiches yesterday with no cheese, verified it was right on the receipt and everything, both were covered in cheese.Absolutely awful service people who can't read an order.

"Visited Noah’s Bagels in Ventura this morning and had a mixed experience. The location, situated in the same shopping center as the 99 Cents store and Harbor Freight Tools, has limited parking, with some spots on the smaller side. The bagel shop itself is on the smaller side, with a walk-up counter to order bagels and drinks. After placing our order, there was minimal interaction with the staff as they seemed preoccupied amongst themselves. While the jalapeño cheese bagel was tasty, the toppings were disappointingly lacking in substance. The schmear lox and tomatoes were minimal, leaving much to be desired. In the past, I've enjoyed other bagels here, particularly the everything bagel, which my mom loves.Seating is limited, and the tile floors and walls make for a loud and echoey atmosphere, making it difficult to have a conversation.Despite the mixed experience, Noah’s Bagels remains one of the limited bagel options in Ventura. I may return in the future for bagels and schmear separately, but not for a meal. Overall, an average experience.

Ordered a sandwich and large caramel latte. Sandwich came out quick, but when my coffee was done, I noticed it was a small iced cold brew, nothing close to what I ordered. When I said what I actually ordered, the girl who took my order said “no, you said cold brew”. When I was ordering originally, she was also training someone behind her and kept having me wait so she could walk her through something. Apparently she wasn’t paying attention to my order.Instead of owning her mistake, remaking what I ordered, and got me on my way, she told me that what I wanted was $5.95. I was surprised that she wanted me to pay full price for what I wanted on top of a drink I didn’t want. The drink should have been covered.“Ok, can you please credit the cost of what I got?” After a minute of figuring out how to fix it, she got her manager, and then remade my drink. I had to pay an additional $2 for her mistake and as someone who has a decade of customer service experience, she has a lot to learn.
