Tustin loc. Great Bagels! Had the egg white sandwich, very tasty! Loved the ancient grains bagel so much, and took home a half dozen. They stayed soft and fresh in sealed bag in fridge over 5 days. Highly recommend!

Amanda at Noah’s NY Bagels is a national treasure disguised as a bagel-slinging wizard. Amanda’s energy is what would happen if caffeine had a human form—fast, efficient, and somehow still warm and toasty. She remembers your name, your order, and probably your astrological sign. Her customer service is so good, I’ve started considering her my emotional support barista. If Amanda ran the DMV, we’d all have our licenses, passports, and emotional baggage processed in under 5 minutes—with a smile and a free napkin.
I don’t know what she’s being paid, but it’s not enough. Amanda deserves stock options, a Netflix deal, and probably her own parade.

Wife wanted bagels, so we went for some bagels!! I ordered me the hot pastrami and a coffee. For me why the five star, the Customer Service is my deal breaker. The staff was super helpful as first timers there. They have these bagel doggy treats that our dogs love and went crazy for. I'll sure be back again. Thank you.

Don't know if she is the manager, but Maggie is fantastic! She’s always friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. Her positive attitude and excellent service make every visit a pleasure. There was another young man that was very welcoming as well, unfortunately I don't know his name but I'm sure I'll see them both again. Thank you, Maggie, for brightening our morning.
