I saw videos online of one of your employees dancing around acting like a complete and utter psychopath. Saying they have to go in the back. So they don't whoop the customers. Celebrating the assassination of a fellow American! gross
Fast service. Lots of seating outside for people watching. Good coffee and big smiles.

Mostly go here for the Jellycats but their vanilla chai latte is so good!
I was disappointed with my experience at Palermo. While waiting to order, the staff begin assisting us as we requested a sample of their Gelato to then the staff ignoring us and prioritized other customer who arrived after me.I felt completely overlooked. He could have politely told the other customer that he would attend to her right after us. Unfortunately, this lack of service came across as rude and unprofessional. I hope they improve their customer service because no one should feel invisible when trying to support a business. We were regular customers and no longer will support them.

Palermo is a long standing fixture in downtown Ventura, and I've been visiting it for nearly 15 years. Creative artsy coffee beverages up front, a limited range of pastries and cakes in the middle, yielding to an extensive Gelato collection shining in a cooler like tasty jewels...and then an incense scented gift shop in back, offering everything from gift books to candles to seasonal figurines. It's just a joy to visit. I recommend the steamers.

I was a regular but I will no longer go again last March. It was my birthday and My Husband got me a gift card for $50 because I love Palermo when I went to use it they said there was nothing on it so forget this place I won’t ever go there again and also please don’t ever buy a gift card there, unless you want to get scammed. They said they would help us out if we could find the receipt but I can’t find the receipt so I’m out $50. Thanks a lot great birthday.
People were nice. The food, however, was not.. The lemon bar had a strange stench to it. Almost like a wet dog. The lavender mocha and sea salt mocha could have been better. The heavy pour of flavoring made the drink taste horrible. Go some where else.

8 Dollars for a bagel??? They aren’t anything special taste like the cheese bagels at Vons I get for 1.29 each. Oh and the EIGHT DOLLAR BAGEL DOESN'T INCLUDE CREAM CHEESE!!
Noah’s bagels are fresh and flavorful with any smear for about half the price’ I’ll stick to Noah’s !!
