I use to love panera but it’s like they love to F$&@ up there food and then where as back in the day the employees and managers would do whatever they could to make you happy and go that extra mile and now it’s like, actually it’s not (like) no they don’t give a damn about you or the way there food is or what you think and now their managers are even kids who couldn’t give a damn!! And like I was saying they use to have good actually awesome breakfast sandwiches and have slowly done everything they could do make them HORRIBLE I use to literally go here all the time but this was my first time back since getting back home to Cali and I was really looking forward to it but once again they made there breakfast sandwiches even worse by not even letting you have the choice to get over easy or scrambled now it’s only scrambled and it’s it’s disgusting it’s like going to McDonald’s but paying WAY more and yes they raised the prices as well as they should call these sandwiches finger food because they have become HALF the size as to what they used to be! So just like everything they just don’t give a damn about customers and it’s sad that this is happening and that homeless can steal anything and people can’t do anything and where once stores cared about there customers now they couldn’t careless, I mean when I was explaining myself to the manager he seriously laughed. Panera I will never eat at your place again, your now like so many other places who just don’t give a damn. It’s a really sad time that we live in!

Not happy with my recent online order and there’s no easy way to contact customer service other than an online form. When you call the local Panera, the manager is unhelpful and can’t seem to understand what the problem is. How about not delivering food on a motorcycle so that everything is completely cold when it arrives. How about not just throwing a hunk of bread into a large shopping bag on top of the order. If I ordered a baguette in store, would they just hand it over to me without putting it into some sort of bag to keep it clean? Panera is dropping the ball.

The food is good if not inexpensive. Soup is supposed to be available after 10 (it wasn't) so had to wait another 20+

Good Panera service was great. Wifi was the worst. Kept cutting out every 15 min. Had to leave because it couldn't keep me on a video call.

EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POORLY TRAINED. THE GM SARAH IS INCOMPETENT. THIS TEAM SCREAMS OUT FOR A TRAINING. I THINK THIS STORE IS USED AS WRITE OFF OR LOSS SO PANERA CAN PAY LESS TAXES.They are not trained, don’t be surprised. They have attitude and their kitchen is dirty.Hard to imagine how this place remains in business. Extremely rude customer service very poorly trained no experience whatsoever. I complimented one girl there that she looked great and I asked her what she studied and it turned out a complaint against me lmfao ( why would I be interested ? )I asked to speak to the general manager Sarah and she’s the worst person to ever deal with. Basically, this place screams out “ POOR TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE RETENTION”I asked Sarah do you have a training manual ? Do you train your peers ? Is there a due audit to check on your customer service ? She replied to me why you don’t take your coffee at other locations ? Lol I walked awayBasically, the gm here she lies to her corporate by fabricating stories against customers. While I stayed drinking my coffee and thinking I was dealing with bunch of idiots, the manager’s boyfriend showed up and kept looking at me. It’s hard to believe that this general manger has any factual background to corroborate her place. Panera sorry I will never use any of your restaurants even if you are the last person having coffee on earth. You have a good marketing strategy by following up by email but you have the worst internal policy by refusing to see and address and repair all these online complaints.This place has hundreds of 1 star reviews on every online platform and this confirms to me again one more time that Panera corporate does not care about quality until they get hit by a lawsuit for negligence.Panera is time to let go this team and hire a good experienced team with a dedicated management that can be supervised.

Never had a bad Panera experience, so this is a first. Placed order online, on arrival 5 min after order was to be ready, I let the server know I was there to pick up online order. I was asked to wait while drinks were prepared for another order- a totally reasonable request. I was informed almost 10 min later that my order was on the counter past the cashier..I could have been told at the beginning but ok. Grabbed my salad, checked for utensils and had to request utensils. 30 min later, in another town, I discover no butter for bread and the salad had to be old. As you get to the center lettuce it was dark green and slimy (aka past it's prime). Such an odd experience for Panera.

Their Wi-Fi is ridiculously slow, it takes a minute to load a page. I have complained about it through their “contact us” and nothing has happened. I will update this review if it gets better.

This is the worst Panera experience I've ever had. Cold food, no coffee, no wonder is empty on a Saturday morning. I feel bad for the employees, the manager needs to do their job. I would ask for a refund, but it's doesn't seem fair to the workers here.
